Kagome zipped up her bag and swung it over her shoulder, "are we ready to go?" She had a big grin on her face.

Inuyasha opened an eye, "why do we have to get up so early?" He groaned. Shippo rubbed his eyes wearily yawning then stretching his arms.

Kagome beamed still, "usually your the one who tries to rush everybody, I promised a girl I'd help get rid of a demon for her."

Inuyasha grunted, "and you want me to help?" Kagome laughed nervously, "yeah..."

He used his sword to prop himself up, "fine let's go, Sango, Shippo come on!"

Sango was all ready to go even before him, Shippo just had to wake up a little more.

"That means you two as well, Miroku! (Y/n)!"

You turned over your back facing him, "you don't need me just go."

Inuyasha wasn't going to agure with you, "Miroku?!"

The monk smiled, laying against the wall. "I agree with (Y/n) let us sleep in."

The dog demon clenched his fingers into a fist his ears twitching annoyed. "You two get up- ow!"

Kagome grabbed his ear dragging him along, "come on."

"Ow Kagome let go!"

Their voices became distant and eventually you couldn't hear them.

Miroku raised a brow his lips forming a smirk, "so why did you want to stay in?"

You rolled your eyes pulling the blankets up further, "don't kid yourself."

The monk sighed, "alas you don't appreciate these precious moments alone." He whined.

You just closed your eyes preparing to sleep again when you heard someone shifting into your makeshift bed beside you.

You turned around, "Miroku, what are you doing?"

He sat up on his elbow leaning on his knuckles. "I've come to join you."

He shifted closer so now that his body almost touched yours. You moved back a bit, which just made him inch closer.

"Why are you moving away? It's quite mean." He fake pouted.

"Because your making me uncomfortable!" You felt your cheeks burn as he suddenly enveloped you into a tight hug.

"I'm sorry, I'm only trying to be friendly~." His smirk lingered.

The bastard was teasing you! How was a person supposed to escape a situation like this?!

"I will kick you where it hurts!"

"Then I'll just have to stop you won't I?", dirty prick

You blushed as he made you bury your face in his chest. But you were fine with that, given you didn't want him to see you.

"Your cute you know that?" He laughed as you made an attempt to punch his shoulder. But only gave a soft knock.

You then tried to do what you'd threatened to, moving your left leg you thrusted it forward.

Miroku caught your knee, he started rubbing your thigh.

A large blush covered your nose, "M-Miroku!" He jerked your chin towards him.

"Do you think I'm a creep?" He seemed to be serious, you averted your gaze and gritted your teeth.

"Yes."
