Kikyo x fem ghost reader

Kikyo walked alongside her soul collectors. Quiet with each step when she came upon a misty figure. "Hello?" Her lovely, smooth voice reached your ears.

You looked up to see the Preistess, "who are you?"

"Kikyo and you?"

"(Y/n), I've heard of you."

She walked closer her soul collectors flying around her. You floated in front of her.

"You are not of the world of the living too I see."

You nodded, "My death was so quick I didn't feel much pain. There were so many things I hadn't got to do."

Kikyo reached for an arrow while asking, "like what?"

"A first kiss."

"Hmm how sad. I can tell you, you are not missing out on much. Love is cruel."

You noticed how her tone went harsh, "I assume you have been hurt?"

"More than once the first time was the very worst though."

"I'm sorry to hear that."

Kikyo inquired further, "if you are a ghost there must be something keeping you here, may I ask what?"

Your expression held sadness, "the same thing for which I never got to experience. A kiss."

Kikyo perched an arrow on her bow, "such a simple wish but impossible as you cannot be with anyone who is alive."

Your hand went straight through a tree, "I know and so I am stuck here."

"Why have you drawn an arrow?"

Kikyo gazed at you she was beautiful in every way. Deadly and gorgeous.

"There is a nearby village that needs a demon to be exorcised and I can do it right here without drawing attention to myself."

Kikyo readied her arrow.

She stood with such elegance a scary sort of attraction. "Hey!"

Kikyos brown orbs slid to you, "what?"

"Do you think a ghost like me and someone who is alive but still dead, like you could kiss?"

She lowered her bow, "are you suggesting I kiss you?"

You squirmed uncomfortably under the Preistess gaze. "Exactly that but I'm not suggesting it I just want to."

You freaked thinking she would find it weird. She smiled your jaw dropped at more enticing she became when she smiled.

"I see even the dead can fall in love, very well I'm not opposed to kissing girls."

You grinned, "thank you!"

The experience of kissing a ghost was odd it worked because you were both dead in a way. You pressed your lips up against Kikyo's. Her eyes lit up in surprise.

Your whole body felt cold and smelled of nothing. But the kiss was also cold and it was like water was kissing her but not wet or the air.

Kikyo stepped back ending the pash, you were slightly disappointed. "I dint really feel anything."

"You lack skin so you won't feel much."

Kikyo smiled once more, "the kiss was more then satisfactory. "

This made you smile, "well I feel as though my wish is complete."

That's when you glowed like the moon vibrant blue light. Your form fizzled and began to fade slowly.

"What's happening to me?!"

Kikyo rested her bow on the ground, "do not worry you are passing on."

Kikyo approached your disappearing body. And hugged what was left of you.

"May you rest in peace."

A tear slid down your face.

"I hope to see you up there one day..."

Small twinkles of light fluttered up into the stars. You were gone. Finally where you belonged.

Kikyo's expression went neutral she picked up her bow. And aimed the arrow.

"I may not belong up where you now dwell...(Y/n)."

She shot the arrow it flew with such force pink light engulfing the head.

A flash of pink and the demon was exterminated.

"For I am just as bad, collecting the souls of those who have just perished to live for my own selfish gain."
