Jack's Perspective:

As Jack was walking to his mom's car, he was constantly looking around him, searching for Signe. His mom wasn't anywhere in sight yet, so this was the perfect time for Signe to strike. He was hoping that he wouldn't encounter her anymore today, but he unfortunately got his hopes to high. "Ohhh Jackie~" Signe said when she approached him out of nowhere, putting her hands on his shoulders. Jack sighed and tried to walk away, but she just pulled him back. "So, about that Mark kid..." Signe started, "I've seen you hang out with him a lot." She stated with a salty tone in her voice. Jack gulped nervously, and just nodded. He was worried that if he spoke about Mark to her, she would try and hurt him somehow. Signe was constantly flirting with Jack, and he was worried that Signe was jealous of Mark. But, she didn't know about Jack's crush on Mark... right? Jack tried to walk away again, but Signe gripped his shoulders tighter. She got close to his ear, and whispered in it, "I know about your little crush." Jack gulped again and shivered. She got away from his ear and said, "And if I ever see you with him again, we're gonna have some issues." She let go of his shoulders and strutted away, and Jack speed walked to his mom's car.

When he got to his mom's car he got in quickly, and his mom could tell something was wrong. She asked him if something had happened, but he said everything was fine. She didn't wanna push him, so she left it alone, and the rest of the drive was silent.

When they got home, Jack went up to his room and shut the door. He pulled out his phone and texted Mark.

Jack: Hey, can I call you real quick?

Mark: Yeah, sure

Once Jack saw the response, he pulled up his contacts and called Mark. Mark picked up and asked him how things were going. Jack sighed and said not good. Mark asked him what was wrong, and that's when Jack froze. He didn't think about what he was gonna tell Mark before he called him. He obviously couldn't tell him about his crush, so he had to think of a quick way to shorten it down. "Signe came up to me again and said that if she ever sees me with you again, that we're gonna have some issues." After Jack said that, there was a long pause. "M-Mark? Are you there?" Jack asked nervously. Suddenly he heard speaking again, and eased up a little. "Yeah, I'm still here. So, what? Is she like, jealous of me or something?" Mark asked. Jack sighed and said, "Yeah, I guess so, but I don't know why." Jack lied, knowing exactly why she was jealous of him. This time, Mark sighed. "Okay, well, maybe we should just stay away from each other until we can tell the staff about her and her threats." Mark suggested. Jack shook his head and said that won't work because she's a little angel towards the staff. Jack told Mark that he tried telling one of his teachers about her, but they just said that she's a good kid. Mark sighed once again and suggested that they can just hang out outside of school, away from her. Jack asked nervously if that would work, and if they wouldn't see her at all. Mark reassured him that he has a special place that only he knows about, so they could go there if they want to hang out. Mark also suggested that they could also always text and call each other. Jack beamed slightly, knowing that this plan was a good one, and that it most likely will work. So Jack agreed to the plan, and they scheduled to meet at Mark's place on Saturday. Mark texted him the location, and once they were done making plans, they just talked casually until Jack had to hang up to get his homework done. So, they said their goodbyes, hung up, and Jack happily went through the rest of his day. Even during dinner, Jack was beaming, and his mom smiled, knowing now that whatever was bothering Jack had gotten resolved. Later, Jack happily went to bed, excited for the next days to blast by so that he could hang out with Mark on Saturday.

Saturday rolled around swiftly, and Jack was relieved that her had no issues with Signe, which was surprising, considering she was all over him a couple days ago. But up until Saturday, she was quiet, she hadn't bothered Mark or Jack once. Jack suddenly got worried that she was planning something, but he decided to brush the thought off. During the days before Saturday, Mark and Jack hadn't interacted with each other just as they said they wouldn't. They were only texting and calling at home. On Friday, Mark told Jack all the final details. What time they would meet, when they would go home, etc. So, at 3pm on Saturday, Jack left to go see Mark. His parents knew about it of course, and so did Mark's, so there were no issues there.
