Since it was a rare sunny day in Seattle, Gisele decided she would go for a run on the trails. She was too busy looking down at her phone choosing a different song, when she ran into something or more like someone. Tearing her eyes away from the screen, there stood Dr. Jackson Avery.

She pulled the earbuds out from her ears, "I'm sorry Dr. Avery, I was choosing a song and wasn't looking."

"Jackson."

"What?" Gisele said.

"We're not in the hospital, so it's Jackson."

She smiled, "Well, I'm Gisele not "Baby Shepherd."

"So, what are you doing here?"

She looked around at her surroundings, seeing multiple people running past them, "Um... running."

He shook his head, "No, not here. I meant what are you doing here and not at the hospital freaking out like the rest of the interns."

"Because the stress is messing with my aura."

He tilted his head, "But being a surgeon is one of the most stressful job, like ever."

"I know but that's good stress, like a high without the drugs. Everyone is panicking about the hospital closing and losing their jobs, that's bad stress."

  "You're not?"

She shook her head, "No, if I get fired, oh well. Life goes on... besides I already have a job waiting for me in LA."

He hummed, "That's why you're so calm."

"Or it's because I'm a hippie," they both laughed, "I just believe whatever happens, happens... that and I originally planned on going there anyways it's just my brother told the chief I said yes."

  "Why didn't you say anything?"

"Because I hadn't seen my brother in a few years–" she glanced down at her watch and saw she was going to be late, "I don't know about you but I'm gonna be late."

He also looked down at his watch, "Oh, you're right. Where did you park?"

   "At the north entrance."

   "Same."

Gisele smirked, "I'll race you."

"Okay," as soon as the word left his mouth she broke out into a sprint.

When he reached his car, Gisele sat on the hood sitting crossed legged with her eyes closed.

He bent over in an attempt to breath, "I've never seen someone run..." he trailed off and tried to catch her breath, "...so fast." He panted.

She hopped off the hood, "You know for someone who looks like you, you run slow." She said and walked to her car.

"I thought hippies were supposed to be slow," Jackson joked as he, Stephanie and Gisele walked toward their patient's room.

"Not this one." Gisele looked away from Jackson and saw Catherine and Webber walking, Webber a few steps behind Catherine making a shooing motion with his hand.

"I think Dr. Webber's having a stroke." Stephanie joked.

Jackson looked up from the tablet and his smile disappeared, "You need to go."

   "Where?" Stephanie asked.

"Don't care. Just go. Go now," Jackson noticed that Gisele was still by his side, "I thought I told you to go."
