Part 3

Jay looks at me. "Who are you?" "Um I am...a guest!" I say cautiously, these creatures still may be capable of killing me. Even though he is a kid, he is not human. 

"Aakil kills any 'guest' that walks through here. But don't worry! I will protect you since you are pretty!" I laugh. He is so adorable! "Aww thanks, my knight in shining armor." I say jokingly. 

I look around and see that the room is kind of a bedroom. There are no decorations, everything seems to be made of tree bark and branches. I hear a small voice clearing their throat. I look down see Jay showing his cheek. "

A kiss for your knight? For protecting you?" I giggle and softly peck his cheek. An angry growling voice can be heard from the opening. I look Aakil and see that his eyes have turned completely black. His demon is out.

I look at his hand, there is some sort of sharp stick in his hand. Somehow he ends up in front of Jay and holds the stick out, about to hit him. I quickly run forward in front of Jay. "Stop!!" I say quickly, the stick inches away from me. 

Aakil - no the demon's black eyes shift from Jay's to mine.

  "Mate. What are you doing? Move!" I shiver in fear a bit, but before I could say something, Jay cuts in.

 "No! Brother! She's my guest! Don't hurt her!" Jay says bravely. The demon's eyes shift back to Jay's as he pulls me behind me. "What did you say you brat? She is MINE. And I am not going to hurt her, she is my mate!!"

 Aakil wraps his hands around Jay's throat. What is wrong with him? His is going to kill his own brother, a child! I start to back away to the door. I need to get away from this thing and tell someone! I ran out of the hole toward the main area. I hear a loud roar behind me. 

My heart pounds hard, but at least Jay is safe for now as Aakil is chasing me. I trip on one of those damn vines and land in someone's arms, no tentacles. The arms squeeze me hard and let me go. 

"Why. did. you. Run." Aakil says in a quiet, but somehow deadly voice. At least his eyes are red again. "Um..I wanted to go home?" I say a little cautiously. 

"THIS IS YOUR HOME!" Aakil says in a terrifying voice. I whimper in fear. Aakil notices and sighs. 

"Come with me. I can't deal with this now. Rest in our room." I nod slowly, I need to act smartly if I have to get out of here. Wait, did he say our room?

 His hand grabs my wrist as he leads us through the dark, twisted hallways. He pushes me onto the bed and turns around. 

"I will come check on you regularly." He starts to walk, but then stops. "Don't even try escaping mate!" And his demon was back. He walks out.
