___________________________________The normally hot heat of California was oddly cool. The wind barely blew and a small crowd of people were lined outside in a group around a family. The casket itself was a gleaming soft maple wood one. and the casket cover sported pale green and white Lily's and carnations as well as black ribbons
The first and tallest next to his father was a robust blonde who's cyan blue eyes were dead serious. His hands were both clasped and he was wearing a crisp black suit staring at the casket in front of him. . The man standing next to the blonde was heavier sporting more weight, showing he was a business man. His eyes were a average blue the color of morning glory's, and filled with respectful tears. The women held in his arms next to him was crying quietly but not ruining her makeup. Her hair was a graceful black that was elegantly graying with age and done up in a curled ponytail. The only member of the family left was the raven haired one. He sported an undercut on his left and right and the rest of his hair hung down the left side of his face covering it in well kept bangs. His eyes were a pale ice blue and filled with a fierce anger, one of revenge and his posture rigid.
The rest of the guests were scattered around some crying and others standing stoically, there out of respect. One was a curly blonde werewolf with paler blond ears and pale Amethyst eyes. She was sniffling quietly trying not to cry leaning her head on the shoulder of the werewolf next to her. He was black haired, with longer hair swept down to his shoulders in elegantly waves. His silver eyes were focused on the casket almost the same as the two brothers. The look in his eyes was a promise to fix this, and not one of revenge however.
It was the same for the werewolf and woman standing next to them. He was holding a woman with long black silky hair who was crying quietly into his arms as he held her close. The only ones not crying were young man with White hair just barely brushing his shoulders and a woman with hair like a brand of fire on a poker a witches hat sitting respectfully apon her head.
Finally the event was over and people scattered some standing around and talking and others talking to the family hugging them and shaking their hands. The blonde bounced up to one brother immediately taking him in a hug as he smiled hugging her back.
"I'm so sorry Garroth" She whispered quietly as Garroth took a deep breath
"I know . . . ."
"And you Zane" She said moving to hug him as he grunted sighing
"Zane come here!" Aphmau stepped up with Aaron Ein standing awkwardly next to Jenna as Aphmau hugged him tightly after Jenna.
"So . . .Ein . . . .haven't seen you since Junior Year" Garroth said coolly giving him a look as Jenna stood talking to Aaron quietly.
"Yeah . . . .spend a year or two in Juvie over sophomore year" He said flinching ". . . .I'm on the police force now . . . ."
"Yeah well just watch it. . . . I see the way you look over Jenna and she is my best friend . . . I don't want anything to happen to her." He said narrowing his eyes.
"Yeah yeah I get it . . . .Don't break her heart or you'll break mine" He sighed shaking his head as he moved to leave Jenna catching up with him and talking to him quietly as they started to leave Aaron leading aphmau away as well most of the guests having left at this point.
"You know he does actually care right?" Zane said dryly walking up next to him his hands stuffed in his pockets as Garroth grinned nodding
