Garroth dragged Laurence out of the car roughly, the brunette nearly tripping on the curb and spitting a curse word at him glaring fiercely at Zane who chuckled. The two brothers both walked shoulder to shoulder behind him hiding the rope that bound Laurence's hands together.

They smoothly walked into the apartment lobby for the second time this day. The receptionist in the lobby briefly looked up eyeing them. Garroth gave him a friendly nod and the man gave a nod back before promptly ignoring them as they walked by.

"You can't take the elevator?" Laurence asked dryly when they walked past it beginning up the stairs, Garroth roughly dragging him forward.

"Nope" Garroth answered cheerfully. He was just allowing Laurence to keep up, making him stumble up the stairs the entire way as Zane snickered underneath his breath from behind him.

Finally they reached the right apartment door and Garroth halted his face going calm as he hesitated. Zane sighed seeing the blond trying to hide his emotions reaching forward and opening the door after a minute. It seemed to jolt Garroth out of his daze as he swallowed before shoving Laurence in.

He moved to cut the ropes holding Laurence as Zane quickly shut the door standing in front of it as a guard. Laurence gave them both a glare rubbing his wrists as he looked around. The apartment was cleaned now, all evidence of a murder having gone now.

"So what now? I become your little sell out?" He spat as Garroth punched him in the gut forcing him to double over.

"I'm not in the mood for your little games. Find that package" The Eldest Ro'meave sibling hissed violently as Laurence nodded coughing wincing as he straightened up backing away from garroth.

He looked around the room before reaching for a backpack. He rummaged around in it before pulling out a worn Journal and a few other notebooks that hadn't been touched. He sighed handing them to him as well as a few other drawings. After that Laurence immediately dropped his hands waiting as he shifted uncomfortably shooting a look at the backpack.

Zane took the rubbings and books raising an eyebrow "Garroth . . . "

"What is it?" He frowned looking over moving next to him becoming confused as he took a notebook.

"That's exactly it . . . this one is in some sort of code and these . . .these notes are on a cult like group"

"Cult of the Destroyer . . . .a group that worships Shad the Destroyer. Also called the Shadow knights" Garroth read frowning deeply

"Our little brother was mixed in heavily . . . . this doesn't look good . . . they're known publicly as an organized crime group that works internationally, stolen goods, museum heists, black market dealing in ancient weapons, and artifacts, as well as trading weapons too on the market." Zane whistled

"This doesn't sound good." Garroth muttered narrowing his eyes. "He was in Ru'aun . . . studying carvings about some mythical tale on the relics."

" . . .There's also a note . . . . for dad explaining to send it to some warehouse here in town . . . I guess if our little Laurence didn't make it" Zane snarked shooting him a smirk as Laurence growled tensing rubbing his wrists again.
