"We're here" Garroth said quietly parked in front of the giant redbrick building.

Zane looked up observing how much older it's style was compared to the newer apartment building they had passed. His eyes suddenly caught something as he went up right a serious calculated look on his face.

Garroth frowned looking over at him "Zane? What are you doing? We should head in" He said giving him a weird look before Zane suddenly dragged him down into the seat the raven haired male doing the same.

"Get down and stay down" He hissed giving him an icy stare as he look up over the dash carefully Garroth huffing ripping his brother's hand off his shirt.

"What the hell is wrong with you?" He growled an annoyed look on his face

Zane narrowed his eyes in a death glare tilting his head coldly “Why don’t you take a look and see who’s there Blondie”  He hissed his voice scathing.

Garroth gave an aggravated groan but peeked up over the dash instantly freezing. There were a few people going up and down the sidewalk but that wasn't what Garroth saw right now. It was the familiar toffee head of hair that was slowly walking around casually outside his building.

"I don't know but we have to go" he muttered gritting his teeth recognizing the person who was checking around him subtly before walking in, a telltale sign that he wasn’t just visiting.

Garroth waited until he walked inside before launching himself out of the front seat opening the door and slamming it, as an angry energy came to life in him, the blond walking swiftly to the door.

“Garroth you need to wait for me” Zane growled going after him recognizing the angry step in his brothers walk “You need to stop, and wait I want to see what he’s up to”

Garroth halted at the door drawing in an angry breath as he let it out slowly his eyes shutting and his hands curling into fists. Finally he spun around to Zane who was now next to him crossing his arms.

“Fine. But only. Because of that” He growled pointing at him as Zane crept to the door quietly walking in. Garroth followed him, the two going down the short hallway inside the lobby out of sight of the main desk. The man was standing calmly in front of it waiting for the receptionist to finish sorting something behind him in the mail slots.

“I’m here to grab something for a friend of mine, Vylad Ro’meave?” His smooth voice floated down the hallway and Garroth paused tensing when he heard his little brother’s name from the stranger’s lips.

“He said no one was allowed in unless they were Family or approved” He replied nonchalantly not paying any mind to him.

“I have a note here from him” He stated simply pulling out a note and putting it on the counter his hands folding back into the cognac leather jacket he wore.

Garroth grit his teeth, revolted  at the words as Zane gave him a calm look putting his hand on his shoulder “Calm Garroth . . . it’s most likely forged . . .”  He muttered tiredly

The man at the counter looked up at the note curiously giving him a skeptical look before sighing as he waved him on “Should be 243 upstairs, second hall way” He slapped a key card down on the desk and Garroth swore as he got up Zane grabbing at him in confusion stopping him.
