I silently walked behind Rosé's back before gently tapping her shoulder. "Hey." She was busy getting her books inside her locker, closing it after, before fully looking at me. "Hey, Jen."

I smiled at her greeting her a good morning, linking my arm on her. "Let's get into class together." She nodded her head also giving me a soft smile. I wonder where are our two friends but anyways maybe they are already inside the room. "By the way Rosé, I was about to ask you something yesterday but I saw you in a rush. If you don't mind me asking, is everything alright?" Her body suddenly tensed.

I furrowed my eyebrows but when I saw her face with a mix of fear I let it go. "You don't need to answer it. If it's too personal. It's okay." I tapped her hand that is near my hand with gentleness. She mumbled a 'thank you' and so I just gave her a reassuring smile.

We entered our room and sat on our respective seats while waiting for our teacher to arrive but to my surprise, Lisa is still not here. Where is she? Just when I was about to call her she arrived with an arm cast on her right and a lot of cuts and bruises.

Everyone gasped at her sight but her eyes shows anger. "Tell me who the fuck followed me last night?! Show your coward ass!" She shouted kicking the near chair. Her friends stood up holding her back.

"Lis, what happened to you?" Taehyung asked while holding Lisa's good arm. "Who did this?"

She gritted her teeth trying to calm herself down. "That fucking childish killer who loves to hide his/her self inside her mama's skirt like a fucking coward did this to me!" I can tell she's fuming. I wanted to comfort her but her friends are still there and everyone knows how I despise them more than anything else, after what they did to me? Effin' unbelievable.

I was still looking at her when her eyes met mine. Her fuming eyes turned soft when it landed on me.

She closed her eyes calming herself before making her way towards me. "Hey." She greeted. "Hey, you looked... awful." I chuckled, trying to lighten up the mood and I succeed in doing so.

She slowly shows her beautiful smile, softly shaking her head. "Thanks."

I looked at her worriedly when I saw some deep cuts on her beautiful face. "What happened Manoban?" I tried to be stern but it falters when she - again - smiled at me.

"I know you already know, Kim. You heard everything and I believe my voice is not that low when I entered." She chortled. We started bickering at each other saying who's more of a good looking when someone entered our room. My face fell scoffing a little. Look who's here, our useless principal again.

He heaved a deep sighed, boring his eyes in our class. He looks... disappointed? I don't know and I don't care. "I have bad news to say," He paused a little.

"Mr. Kim Hanbin's gone."

You can hear everyone gasped. He's dead? Oh god. "Someone killed him inside the hospital. Please stop this game. You know who you are. Lives is not a toy to play with so please just stop." He left the room and everyone started chattering about the news.

"Hanbin's dead? Oh my..." I heard my classmate said still not believing what just happened. Yesterday he told us Hanbin's awake but now he's already dead? What the hell is really happening? Everyone is busy 'talking' about the news when we heard a glass being shattered. A cloud of white smoke slowly creeping inside our room filling it with eye-drying smoke.

Someone threw a tear gas...

Everyone rushed outside coughing and some are almost fainting due to the gas. We heard the oh so familiar eerie sound coming from the speaker before it played the voice.

[Does it hurt? Aww, poor you guys but I'm just starting. 2 died and many more to go. Who's next? Who's next? Who's next? Ah! I know. Be ready.]

Then it stopped. No one bothered to run towards the recording room because we already know that it's just a voice record. Just like the first time everyone started trembling. I don't know what I am feeling right now.

Fear? Anger? Confusion? I don't know.

But one thing's for sure... someone's gonna die again.

"Let's go to the library. I don't think it's a brilliant idea to enter that room. It's too dangerous." Lisa said and I agreed along with Jisoo and Rosé.

I saw Rosé's movement and it's oddly different. I tried to bury the thought at the back of my head. She can never do that. She's a softie, she will never kill a person...

"Are you guys okay? Cause honestly, I thought I'm gonna die inside that room." Lisa started trying to make a conversation. "Same. My eyes and chest hurt." Jisoo said which I agreed but Rosé just keeps on nodding her head. She's strangely extra quiet today.

"Rosé." I called out making her turn her head way to quickly to my direction. "Yeah?"

"I was thinking... How did you know the meaning of the Latin word on the black card that I received?"

"I - uh - I s-studied Latin when I was younger." She replied giving us a forced smile. Speaking of the black cards I constantly having it inside my locker saying 'save yourself' or 'you're too nosy' repeatedly.

It's starting to creep me out but I don't know who's sending it to me. I don't know if that person is warning me or just playing with me.

"Latin is a great language. I might try studying it." Lisa smiled at us, wiggling her eyebrows like there's no deep cut on her left eyebrow but then she winced in pain. Pft. Kid.

I rolled my eyes at her. "Be careful with your cuts Manoban. It's still fresh just so you know." We are all laughing when a girl with a hoodie bumped my shoulder.

Lisa creased her eyebrows. "Hey, watch where you're going." But the girl just stared on the floor not bothering to lift her head, mumbling something but we didn't quite get it.
"Excuse me, what?" I asked.

"I said, everyone's gonna die before your graduation..." She still mumbled but this time we heard it loud and clear. We stood frozen in our spot still processing what she said. We are about to ask her to elaborate her words but she was gone.

I recalled what she said making my hair in my body stood.
