F/N POV

"HEY!! WATCH IT YOU DAMN!-" I heard someone scream behind me snapping me back to reality. I quickly stood up and looked around. I saw someone behind those big bushes over there.. hero instincts kicked in and I went to check. I walked thought the bushes to see.

"Bakugo? what in the world are you doing back here?-!" I was asking. he pulled me down and covered my mouth. I pulled his hand away. "h-hey!" I whispered this time. my face red again seeing him so close so suddenly. after what I just thought of. I noticed he was looking at something. I turned my gaze to see, a cat?

"isn't it cute? must be a stray. hm.." Bakugo said looking over at me. wait. what happened to the real Bakugo?..

"hold on. did you feed it?" I asked. the little black and white kitten had its nose stuck in a small plastic dish of cat food.

"yup. she seemed like she was starving. so why not. its not like cat food is expensive. geez."

"no. no. I agree. its just.. I didnt think you of all people would do something like this. that's so sweet of you." I spark lit up in my heart. so he really does care. I was right. if only I could show everyone else how sweet and caring he is. he's not as mean as he comes off to be.

"er- yeah whatever. its just a dumb cat." he avoided my gaze, is he blushing...?

"mew~" the cat tapped the dish and walked over to Bakugo who had his hand out. he rubbed his face on Bakugos hand. huge compared to the tiny kitten.

"so. what are you going to do with the cat now?" I asked petting the cats head. he came over in front of me.

"keep it. I guess." he sighed standing up looking around. the kitten curled up in my lap slowly falling asleep. "be careful he could have something. you dont know." he picked up the kitten and placed in gently in a blanket. still sleeping peacefully. I got up and picked up my bags. we walked out of the bushes awkwardly and stood under a light poll.

"I didnt realize how late it was. its already dark. how did you know the kitten would be here? I mean you came all prepared." I asked looking at the ground.

"well I seen him here before and gave him something to eat. I have never seen anyother cat than him. so I decided why not take him home." he replied looking at the cat.

"would you like some help with him for tonight? I know a thing or two about cats. I used to love them as a kid!" I asked. but really I just didnt want to leave yet. this moment was so perfect. I glanced over the water where I was looking before. the beautiful city lights reflecting in the water and the stars. I love this place.

"if you wouldn't mind. I mean... I dont know much about pets or anything so..."

"ill take that as a yes. one sec ill ask my mum." I texted her. "she said I can. its only Saturday. lets go!" I smiled. now that I think about it.. I dont think I told her a gender.. and its getting late.. NO! its nothing weird. im helping with his new kitten. "so.. uhh what you gonna name it?"

"name what?"

"seroiuesly? the cat dumb dumb."

"o-oh. YEAH I KNEW THAT! hm. mittens I guess. oh hey, it looks like the cat on your bag."

" it does! my dad gave that to me before he left... oh sorry no worries! it was long ago im fine." truth was. this little type of kitten had two important meanings now. I dont know why but its seems to be these little type of kittens are always in my life.
