Stood in an all black suit, I contemplated if I should knock on her bedroom door or wait for her at the show.
I've been standing here for 5 minutes, debating if I should or should not.
I decide on knocking, I hear a few shuffling in her room before the door swings open and i see Samia's beautiful face. She wore a dashing red dress and it looked magnificent on her. A golden headband rested on her head, keeping her curly locks away from her face.

It almost looked like a crown. She'd look so good with a crown.
Her brown skin glowed miraculously in the light shining through the windows of her bedroom and it had me questioning how people could ever be disgusted by such a beautiful complexion.
Must be jealousy.
"Hey, handsome." She flashes her million dollar smile, a smile I've loved for eight years.
"Hey, gorgeous."
There's a moment of silence between us, I felt proud she was checking me out, then again Mia's not exactly a shy girl. She speaks what on her mind and most of the time it'd get us in trouble.
"You look... hot." She tilts her head to the side, her hand still on the door handle and she leant against the door frame.
I start blushing, ferociously.
"So do you." I wink, she looks away a second before turning back with a goofy smile on her face.
"So-uh you ready?" I ask.
"Yeah." She smiles, grabbing her bag and shutting the door. I of course offered to hold it for her, she accepted with thanks.
"Oh! I almost forgot!" I take out the small squared, black box from my pocket. I open it up and show her what's inside.
A small blush along with a smile creeps on her face and I couldn't help but feel extremely happy that I'm the one who put it there.
"A necklace?" She smiles.
"Thank you." The necklace was gold, and it was in the shape of a small flower.
"Its more than that though." I take it out with one hand and place the box back in my pocket. I grab her tiny hand, spin her around, she squeals, her dress dances around her and my heart jumps.
Her back now turned to me, she moves her hair out the way and I place the piece of jewelry around her neck.
"It's good karma. You have to make a wish. The positive energy and love you give to the world is what the world will give back to you, wear this necklace as a reminder to keep the circle peaceful and loving." I whisper in her ear, getting a whiff of her pefume; she smelt like jasmine scented shampoo, a raspberry perfume which I remember was sitting on her beside table last week.
She turns around, then she smiles like it's the first time she's seen the sun after a decade of winters and all I could think was 'oh no'.
"wish I could've got you something to wear." She says, her voice was quiet and hushed as if she was afraid of ruining the moment.
"I'm wearing the smile you gave me."
She giggles. A sound I dont think im going to be able to get out of my head, ever.
"Let's go, Mia." She places her r.m in mine and we all down the empty hallway, together. I made a note to keep the flirting for when we're alone, the family don't know.
