7 months later

During these months Francis stayed a visitor in the Mikaelson home, the secret that they knew eachother was reaveled days after the dinner.

In one of the many rooms Klaus and Samia were talking.

"I do, I do love you Klaus." Tears welled up in her eyes and her throat felt as if there was something lodged in it.

"But you love him more." He nods knowingly, his eyes were also watery and she could read into them, it was a strange power of hers. And all she could see was hurt.

"I-" she didn't know what to say.

"You dont have to explain, Mia. I understand, if you wish to marry him please don't let me stop me. Don't let me be the thing that stops you from being happy, please." He kissed her on the cheek for longer than usual, he then pressed his forehead to the side of hers for a while before he pulls away. He holds her hand as he walks away and they eventually separate.

It broke Samia's heart to see him hurt and to know she was the cause of that, but she didn't want to lead him along, he deserved better than that.

The following week Francis and Samia were married, by law, that was forbidden but Rebekah pulled a few strings... and some hearts out too.

It wasn't a huge wedding, that wasn't what Samia wanted, it was a small beautifully decorated one in the compound. Elijah walked her down the isle, he was infact the only father figure she'd ever had.

And she was happy, she was in love and at the end of the day that's what Klaus wanted for her. So he put on a smile for the wedding and he attempted to cover up any signs of jealousy or heart break.

Rebekah saw right through that. Elijah was blind to it and Marcel was too focused on making sure everything was perfect for his big sister.

All in all, Samia and Francis were happy.
