A Royal Feast

Rose took a deep breath taking it all in, her body soaked in the warm water she tried to relax as she had a lot to process this new place felt all so strange she wished it was all just a nightmare that soon she would be back at her old home where it was only her and grandma where things weren't as complicated as they are now its been a 2 weeks since she has been here, and she's been seeing less and less of her grandma as the time passes.

Sir Peter was constantly watching her like a hawk everyone in the castle made her feel welcomed and were nice to her but she felt like she as if she were an outsider the more she got close she wondered if she was ever rude to them because of how distant she felt especially after that dinner. They were nice and felt like a family lily was nothing but bones and skin she looked pale but she was so beautiful all glammed with make up and the most beautiful dress and her mother Emilia was so kind she felt so motherly

"What happened to your hand?" Lily asked
As she was looking and pointing at the bandages

"Oh that! Dimitri you see he told to raise my hand toward the blood sun thing and it burned my hand..."

"That jerk! I swear his purpose in life is to torment people he probably gets off it too.."

"I don't think. So....I'm sure he didn't mean it, it was an accident....and he assigned sir peter to protect me, he sure is nice..." rose said
with a smile

Dimitri sure is impulsive but he would never harm me she thought The room got quite as she mention sir peter's name it was as if she said a cursed word

"I'm sorry have I said something wrong?"

She was confused it hasn't been even half an hour and she has manage to insult the whole room she became anxious and the walls started to close on her lily looked straight into her eyes and whispered 

"See the thing is sir peter....he's actually an assassin and before that he was a bounty hunter...he got his because he had over a 100...a 100 kill!"

"More like a 1000..."

a familiar voice echoed at the door opened it was Dimitri

"A..aa..1000..........!!"

Rose yelled before covering her mouth

Why would someone kill thousands.....there sure cant be that many bad people in the world

Dimitri sat down across from rose, she gave him a smile But he looked at her with a straight face.

Does he ever smiles maybe he just doesn't like me

"Hey! Could you stop the sadistic crap with innocent poor rose! She's probably traumatized and scared for life after what you did! you monster!"

Lily shouted waving rose's injured hand

"So you crying and mobbing....how annoying..."

He said looking at rose with the same straight face But his words stroke rose's heart

'annoying, he thinks I am annoying...after all that he did helping us pack...escorting us here safely....I didn't mean to blame him....I'm the one who carelessly reached across that sun...it even looked strange...'
