"Valarie is going to stay here temporarily"
Rose was glaring at Valarie who had the biggest smirk across her face, even though she was trying so hard to hide it, Dimitri's words shook her core, her face went pale and she rushed out the door and Dimitri followed after her, he held into her hand all while Valarie was looking at them through the glass door with her unbothered face, Dimitri cleared his throat and spoke with a gentle voice.
"Rose, I'm sorry if it's awkward but she has nowhere to stay..."
"Why! Isn't she Edward's daughter...How could she has nowhere to stay..."
"She...has..she and her dad aren't close...I know you think that she's mean and evil...but it's your duty as a princess to have an open heart.."
"My D-Duty! She's..."
"Her dad disowned her.."
"Huh.."
Mr. Vilardo...he's one of the nicest guys I met he is so gentle in every way...How..he wouldn't do such a thing...maybe she did something really bad but still..she is his daughter..what kinda father is he...abandoning his own flesh...
Rose thought back at her own father, memories of his big grin, the sound of his laughter his voice and warm touches, the time they spent together then again a burst of sadness pulsed into her heart as she remembered all the time that he wasn't there that sense of abandonment even though her dad was away volunteering to save the world as he said it did not excuse him for not attending his grandmother funeral, Rose knew too well of that pain. She turned to see Valarie who had the same grin on her, then turned back to see Dimitri but before she could speak Dimitri took her hand and walked into the woods. Once they were alone nothing but the sound of the wind blowing the branches and the heat of the ranging summer sun sizzling the ground, Dimitri spoke some more.
"I know that you think she's all evil and vile but that just from the outside, from the inside she's still the same vulnerable girl, she's suffering still, but if she was to be all alone she'll be long gone by the darkness"
"The darkness?"
"The rage inside of her...it's due to all the pain..what that Ravinton did to her it broke her.."
"Dimitri...I...wasn't disagreeing about her living here in the first place you didn't have to drag me into the woods it's really hot.."
"I..was trying to make a POINT!"
"Yea...to be there for Valarie! Dimitri, you sure have a big heart!"
Rose got closer to him looking straight into his black eyes, her face that was beginning to drip with sweat had a big grin as she got closer and closer to him, and said with her childish tone.
"You're like the king of the fairies!"
"Huh?..king..of..the..f-fairies..."
"YES!"
Dimitri paused blushing as he felt her face so close to his, a strange rumbling feeling inside of brim awakens every time he gets close to her innocent face, but as he heard her say, king of the fairies he imagined himself with sparkling dust and fairy wings his face that was speechless turned into his usual irritated expression...
