{this story takes place before Peter gets recruited by Tony Stark, but he has got his powers. set in Midtown Tech's library}

To be honest, you didn't actually need tutoring; you were incredibly smart. But the chance to spend more time with Peter Parker was something you would never even consider passing by. So when you'd purposely failed your arithmetic test and your teacher sat down and had a chat with you, offering Peter's assistance, you had to reel in your excitement.

Of course, you were friends with Peter: you had chemistry and arithmetic together, you did robotics after school and the physics club wouldn't be the same without the two of you heading the group so well. You'd spent a lot of time with Peter over the past few years but who was to say that a little more would hurt?

"Hey, Parker," you greeted, slinging your back off your shoulder and sliding onto the chair next to him.

He grinned at you. "Hey, Y/N."

He sat at one of the tables with textbooks and notes covering the old wood. You could see his laptop peeking out from underneath one of them.

"How's the studying going?"

He shrugged his shoulders. "So-so. Although, I did hear that yours isn't doing well." He smirked.

"Yeah, yeah. It's just the arithmetic we're doing at the moment. It's tiring, I don't like doing it."

He laughed. "Well, take your books out. That homework we got today was easy enough, how about we start with that?"

You sighed. "Sure."

A little while later, the homework had been pushed aside and the laptop under Peter's books had been snuck out. He was showing you the latest in nanotechnology; something you were both fascinated with.

"Hey, I've got an idea," you said, tearing your eyes away from the screen. "How about we ask Siri for some pick up lines?"

Peter grinned. "Sounds fun," he replied mischievously.

You took your phone out and unlocked it. "Hey, Siri!"

"Hello, Phonemaster69," Siri's artificial, robot voice sounded from your phone.

You shot him a glare. Peter snorted.

He cleared his throat. "Hey, Siri, change my nickname to Y/N, it's less weird!"

"Okay," she said. "Are you sure you would like me to call you 'Y/N, it's less weird'?"

You snatched the phone from him. "Siri, change my nickname to Y/N."

"Okay. Are you sure you would like me to call you 'Y/N'?"

You smiled. "Yes, thank you."

"No problem, Y/N."

Peter took the phone back and looked up in thought. Then he tapped the record button and said, "Siri, tell me a good pick up line."

"Okay. I must be a snowflake, because I've just fallen for you."

You erupted into giggles, grabbing onto Peter's shoulder. His nose scrunched up as he laughed with you.

"Another one!" You wheezed.

"If you were a library book, I'd check you out."

Peter almost fell off his chair laughing, making you laugh even harder.

Once you'd composed yourself, you took the phone from him and asked Siri once more, "One more, please, Siri!"

"If I could rearrange the alphabet, I'd put U and I together."

As even more giggles burst from your and Peter's lips, you put your phone back on the table and steadied yourself. You couldn't stop the laughter, and neither could he. A second later there was a hurry of footsteps and the librarian appeared around the corner.

"Will you two be quiet?" She scolded. "There are people trying to work in here!"

You put your hand over your mouth and other over Peter's, still laughing, albeit silently. The librarian shook her head and walked off.

"That," Peter began to say. "That..." It appeared that he was unable to form a coherent sentence.

Tears were welling in your eyes but you sucked in a breath and closed your eyes. Your cheeks hurt from smiling.

"That was hilarious?" You asked, turning to face him. "I agree."

Peter nodded, taking in deep breaths. Suddenly you looked at each other at the same time and exploded into even more silent fits of laughter. You put your forehead on his shoulder, shaking with mirth. He put his arms around you, giggling.

Once you'd calmed down somewhat, you looked up at Peter and smiled. He gazed at you. Then he looked down. He frowned. You copied him. He shook his head and turned his attention back to you.

"Screw it," he said and kissed you.

You pressed closer to him. It really was like fireworks.

"Peter," you murmured onto his lips.

He hummed in reply and kept kissing you with his soft sweetness.

"Peter, I..." You tried to say. You felt hazed; trance-like.

"Stop talking," he whispered, smiling against your lips. He caught your bottom lip between his teeth, successfully muting you.

You pressed your parted lips openly to his. With a quiet moan, Peter hoisted you onto his lap and held onto your hips. You'd never known him to be this passionate. Lovable, sure, but this Peter was slightly different; full of steaminess and sexuality. You smiled into his kiss.

With your arms wrapped around his head and neck, you twirled your fingers into his hair, the silky fronds tickling your skin. He moved his lips to your jaw, trailing kisses down to your neck, where he cascaded tingling electricity all over you. You bit your swollen lip.

"Peter," you repeated incessantly.

He looked up, slightly annoyed, but smiling nonetheless. "Yeah?"

"I need to tell you something."

He frowned. "What is it?"

You looked down to both of your laps. You were straddling Peter Parker in an armchair - in the school library. You giggled.

"I think I'm in love with you," you said quietly.

His gaze softened visibly. A toothy grin popped onto his face. "I'm in love with you too."

A broad smile grew on your lips. "Yeah?"

He nodded, then whispered into your ear. "So, can I kiss you now?"

"I have no objections to that whatsoever."
