Divergent werewolves

Chapter 14

8 months later.

So far I have assembled a new pack and we have earned some territory. We are called the insurgent and we are a brave, smart, and selfless group. I am once again alpha and our pack has reached the one thousand margin.

I go out scanning the perimeter like every morning and I pick up a weird scent of iron, salt, man, and wolf. I let my wings carry me over the scent so they can't see me. I carry over the scent until I find the wolf with it. It's a black wolf with familiar pooling blue eyes and I don't attack. I drop in front of him and he stares at me. I bare my teeth until he pulls something out from under a tree. He holds it in his mouth and it's my old necklace I would wear in dauntless.  Flames crowd over it and  it's scented so it smells like vampire. I thought I lost this.

The wolf lets it shine in his mouth as I take a step closer, while I flare my wings out to make me look stronger.

Who are you and what do you want? I mid link the wolf. I question and he throw the necklace at me.

It hasn't been that long has it? The wolf questions in a all to familiar voice.

You better go before I kill you, I say in a daunting tone and he takes a step closer.

Do it! He shouts and I pounce at him. I stand on him as I growl. He just lays there and I know somethings up. He knocks me off of him as he transforms into a yin-yang. Of course! He had his brother bite him so her could be more powerful.

Just go four, your a disappointment and I want nothing to do with someone that has their brother bite them so they can gain power. I say as I lift off of him.

Okay, but I want you to know why I was acting like that jerk and I did''t ask my brother to bite me. But I'll only tell you if you want to Hear it. He says calmly as he transforms into human to actually speak to me. I nod my head and he lets out a sigh of relief.

"Okay so I was acting like a jerk because I was mad. My mom who was thought to be dead contacting me to join the outsiders pack. She said she wanted to have me lead them but I told her no. That's when she kidnapped me  and bit me. Since she's a hybrid and a yin yang I am now a yin-yang. I tried to use all those competitions to distract me but in the end you just got hurt and I know you can't forgive me for my stupidity and I know I should have told you I just didn't want to drag you into my personal problems" he says as I nod. I walk out to him and jump on him. I curl up on his lap he strokes his fingers through my fur.

"Man I've missed this" he whispers to himself as he takes the necklace and puts in around my neck.

I know.  I say and he lets out a laugh.

"Hey ummm.... would you do the honors of being my mate again?" He asks as he holds his breath.

Yeah and I guess that means we're joining packs again. I say and let out a noticeable sigh.

"No you don't have to if you don't want to, I'm not looking for more power." He says quickly but I come up with and idea.

Actually I think I could give the pack to one of my guy friends. He was the first member and I doubt he would be happy about moving. I say and he nods.

"That would be a great idea actually" he say and I jump up from his lap.

Do you still hav my stuff? I ask and he nods.

Okay I'll go tell him the news and I'll meet you back at the pack house. I say and I sprint off his lap.

I enter the pack house and track down Natt. I finally find him in his office.

Hey I have a question. I ask and he shakes his head asking me what.

Umm.. would you like to take over the back because I'm going back to the other ninetail in dauntless cause we're mates.

"Really?!" He asks in what I hope is excitement and I nod my head.

"That's amazing you've got to tell me how you guys met someday! Also I would love to!" He say and I let out a sigh of relief.

"We'll be allies right?" He asks and I nod. He tell me it's ok to leave so I run to the pack house.
