Divergent werewolves

chapter 5

Shauna Drives me over to the Dauntless pack house and we carefully walk the halls. Each turn ends up with another until finally we are at apartment 555.

I guess they had to give him a simple number so he could remember it with that small brain of his Veronica says in my head and I try to hold in a laugh.

She places her hand to knock but the door swings open before she can. Zeke stands in the doorway and just stares at Shauna. I let out a fake gagging noise and they break there stare.

"Is this you sister, she acts exactly how you described" I let out a huge laugh and he looks genuinely concerned.

"Zeke, meet Tris she is the alpha of divergent and also four's mate" She wriggles her eyebrows as she says the last part.

"Ohhh Four didn't tell me had a mate" He says intrigued about what is about to come out of my mouth.

"and he still doesn't, because when someone tries to kill you twice then you know I really don't want to go out with them" I say a little perky and skip into the room.

I watch as Uri stands on the table to get everyone's attention.

"OK EVERYONE OUT EXCEPT THE PEOPLE I PERSONALLY INVITED" He screams as everyone shuffles out.

Everyone goes into a circle and I sit next to a girl with mocha skin whose name I think is Christina and A boy whose name I think is will.

"Ok were playing candor or dauntless aka truth or dare and if you don't want to do one you have to take off a piece of clothing" every one nods including me and Zeke starts.

"Ok Four, Candor or dauntless" Four shrugs his shoulders and says

"Candor," as he says this he holds one hand Over Uri's wait no Uriah's we are not friends only his friends call him that. I shake the thought out of my mind as Zeke asks him a question.

"As an Alpha and nine tail, do you think your successful" I roll my eyes and wait for his answer.

"yes" With that I let out a huge laugh and as I try to catch my breath veronica makes me say something.

"well, if you judge the success by the number of enemies you make then" (A/N you are welcome for that quote) I trail off at the end letting them finish the rest in their heads.

four looking angry as ever asks me the question.

"Dauntless" I reply as he smirks.

"I dare you to be my mate for at least a week then you can break up with me if you want" I think in my head.

Come on Tris it wont hurt.

no tris don't even think about it

I'm gonna do it. I tell them both and I hear veronica sigh in defeat.

"Fine, but one wrong move and I will never talk to you again and when your defense is down we will strike" I tell him as he nods his head and moves to sit by me.

~~~Time laps~~

we continue the game and it's three in the morning.

"ok I dare all of you to sleep over. Tris and four on the floor, Marlene and me on the bed, Will and Chris on the couch, and Shauna and me on the air mattress. We all nod our heads and four looks surprised that I said yes.

He lays down we are at least five feet apart.

" you can come closer," I say and he nods.

"I was just trying to be a gentle man" he says with a very convincing tone. Maybe he is nice, and I haven't really heard an explanation.

" can I hear an explanation for why you tried to kill me" He nods and sighs in defeat.

"every once and a while I like to go out and hunt," He starts out whispering so only I can hear.

"I was out hunting and I felt a pain in my back. I almost went crazy and killed every thing in my way and attempting at you, same when we were in the office. I went back into the woods after I calmed down and found the dart. It had some kind of formula induced in it that makes wolves go crazy, I'm so, so, so, very sorry Tris" I nod my head and scoot closer.

"I forgive you" I say and he lets out a sigh of relief. I grab his arm and rap it slowly around me embracing everything around me with his sent. He smells like Iron, salt, and comfort.

"I think this relationship will last a lot longer than a week" I tell him and drift of into a wonderful sleep.

Sorry this chapter is a little short, but I had softball and I am in a midlife batting Crisis at the moment and I need to know how get over it if anyone has any suggestions. Please tell me.
