Coraly's pov

The joy of weekends are you not having school, which means that you get to sleep in as long as you want. For me, that just so happened to be 3 pm. Although I do have a life hack for sleeping late during a school day. You see what you do is, sleep in class. If it's cutting into your usual sleep time, then you have a right to sleep in that class. That's what I personally believe anyway.

Officially hungry, I decide to migrate form my bed to the kitchen for food before I go into hibernation for the rest of the day.

"Are you in a better mood today?" I hear Dallas question.

I keep moving to the kitchen and grab a box of cereal, "No."

"Wanna go see a movie?" She asks.

"No."

I grab a bowl for my cereal before just pouring the Cinnamon Toast Crunch into the bowl. Once there's nothing left to pour, I toss the box into the garbage before grabbing a spoon and carrying my bowl of sugar to the dining table.

"How about we go out to eat tonight?" She asks.

"I have plans tonight. You see I have to go back to my cave and hibernate. I need all the sleep and energy I can get because school is very draining you know?" I ask.

"It's interesting you say that actually. I got a rather bizarre phone call from the principle the other day. You don't just so happen to use your stored energy to make vulgar comments in class and blow off the last two period do you?" She asks.

"They weren't vulgar, they were honest and commands." I argue.

"Right, What did you say? Remind me." She says.

"Told her to suck a dick and shut up because she called on me knowing damn well I didn't know the answer. I have adhd, shit happens, I daydream. What a bitch for calling me out for having adhd basically. I also told her she was a slut for having 5 kids from different dads. That's being honest. Hoe needs to learn about birth control or keep her legs closed." I say.

"And you had no business telling her that." She says.

"Alright I'll put it in the form of advice next time."

"Or keep your mouth shut." She says.

"No, I'm good. If she'd stop calling on me in class maybe we could come to an agreement like that. Thankfully for me, I don't have to worry about being kind to her because I know it'll never happen." I shrug.

I get a spoon full of cereal and put it into my mouth as Dallas stares at me from the living room couch, "Stop staring at me, you're making me uncomfortable." I snap.

She throws her hands up in surrender before looking away from me. Since I want nothing more than to be away from her, I quickly eat my cereal and put the bowl into the dishwasher before heading back to my bedroom.

I lock the door behind me yet again and I jump into my bed and grab my phone. When I unlock it I immediately see 5 missed texts from Demi which honestly takes me by surprise. She hasn't bothered to keep in touch with me since I left. She has everyone else, but not me. I thought things were going back to square one again.

Demi: I figured you probably wanted some space after what happened and everything. I just want you to know that I'm still here for you if you ever need me.

Demi: I really miss you :(

Demi: I hope you come to the Dallas show with everyone.

Demi: How's school going?

Demi: I love you, I understand you probably want to ignore me. I'll let you be I guess. Text me if you ever need to talk.
