The next day, Frank Iero had his gun loaded and his house ready for Gerard to come home. His plan was literally just to give Bert McCracken what he wanted, much to Andy's disappointment.

Andy Biersack really wanted to just storm Bert's home. He wanted to go with his gun cocked and the men ready. He wanted some perfect plan to raid the bastard, kill every one of his workers and get Gerard and Mikey back.

He also wanted to kidnap Bert and torture the little fucker beyond means. Like to an inhumane extent. I guess any form of torture is inhumane but the things that Andy was thinking of doing to Bert McCracken would make medieval torturers stomachs turn.

Frank wouldn't listen to Andy though. Which didn't really come as a surprise. Because when the situation involved Gerard, Franks head was so much in the clouds that he couldn't come up with one of his usual badass plans where they'd easily end up on top.

Andy thought that Frank was pretty cowardly for wanting to just hand Bert their hard earned money. He just couldn't understand how Frank Iero, drug lord, self made millionaire was giving in to some inferiors demands.

But as usual, he just let Frank make whatever stupid decision he wanted to because when it came to Gerard, there was no changing his mind.

They had the money in a cliche briefcase that Frank clutched until his knuckles had turned white.

The tattooed man was riddled with anxiety which was a new emotion to him. His hand shook as he held his office phone. He twiddled with the cord for a while, almost procrastinating making the call.

He felt like the deal was slightly too easy. They couldn't just exchange money for Gerard and Mikeys life and it all be over. No, that's not how movies go.

Take the little mermaid for example. Ariel was told that she could trade her voice for legs. It seems like a fair deal but there was a catch. Ursula came up with some dumb add on to the trade. She told the mermaid that Eric had to kiss her within three days, lest she belonged to the sea witch forever.

Frank was sure Bert must have come up with an add on as Ursula did.

But then again, this wasn't a movie. Bert wanted money and he was getting it. He'd probably use it to over take Franks empire and in all honesty Frank didn't give a fuck. He just wanted Gerard.

Frank had barley slept since his boyfriends kidnapping but last night he had a short dream. Well, it would probably fit better under the category of a nightmare.

He dreamt of Gerard being tortured and used by Bert. His hopeless boyfriend crying out for help and Frank wasn't there to save him. In the nightmare, Mikey was murdered and Gerard had to watch it. The way he saw his boyfriend scream and cry wasn't something that he ever wanted to witness in real life.

The quick recap of the dream was enough to make Frank dial the number of Bert's office and arrange a meeting. He refused to let Gerard stay another second in danger.

"Frank Iero?" Bert McCracken asked down the phone. You could practically hear the smile in his voice.

"How did you know it was me?" Frank questioned, although it was beside the point of the phone call he was pretty curious.

"A sixth sense I own, it's called caller ID." Bert laughed.

"Ah, right." Frank sighed, his mind not being the sharpest at the moment.

"Is there a point to this call or are you just calling to ask about my day?" Bert asked cockily, making the most of having the upper hand.

"I have your money." Frank stated.

"And when would you like to give it to me?" Bert questioned. Frank could only imagine how much this was adding to Bert's ego. His head must have grew thirty times the original size by now.

"20 minutes?" Frank asked.

"Sounds great. But don't attempt to pull anything. You can bring Paul and Andrew or whatever their names are but that's all." Bert spoke firmly before ending the call.

Frank couldn't help but smile slightly. He was going to get his boyfriend back. Gerard would be home tonight and Frank vowed never to let the boy out of his sight again.

"When are we meeting the dick?" Andy (or Andrew) asked unenthusiastically as he and Pete (or Paul) entered the room.

"20 minutes, only us three can go though." Frank stated, tucking his gun into his pants.

"Are you joking? Frank, that has death trap written all over it." Andy exclaimed, in shock at how his boss hadn't realised that.

"It's a risk we're gonna have to take." Frank shrugged. He'd most definitely risk his life for Gerard. God, he'd give his life for the pretty redhead.

"I'm not walking into certain death for the sake of your boyfriend and his little brother." Andy stated bluntly, taking a seat in protest.

"Andy, you're one of my best friends and best men. I need you there." Frank pressed, knowing he had no time to argue.

"And you're one of my best friends, Frank. I refuse to watch you die." Andy spoke strongly.

"But Andy it's always been us three! Me, you and Frank." Pete finally spoke out, but Andy just shook his head at him.

"You know what, fine. But don't expect to still have your job when we get back." Frank spoke venomously.

"Oh, so you're firing me?" Andy scoffed.

"Yes, I am. I'm firing you for not following orders. Now get the fuck out of my house." Frank spat.

"Man fuck you, Iero!" Andy spoke in complete shock. "Some fucking friend you are."

"You're finished, Biersack. If I even see you within a mile radius of my house I'll be sure to snap you like a damn tooth pick." The boss growled.

For once, Andy Biersack was genuinely lost for words. Not one word in the English language could fathom how he felt. He was angry for sure, but at the same time humoured. Because the situation was laughable. Frank had just fired him? He couldn't wrap his head around it.

"What happened to when you told me you'd die for me, huh?" Frank continued to argue.

But Andy just stayed silent before shaking his head and standing up. He was over this. He knew he was right, and maybe he should have some loyalties as one of Franks best men and turn up to situations where he's needed but being Franks best friend was more important to him. He had to be the one to make sure Frank knew he was wrong.

And usually, Frank would accept he was wrong and listen to what Andy had to say. But not this time because once again, love had got to the mans head.

"Bye, Pete." He mumbled before walking out of the office and out of Franks house.

"Good fucking riddance!" Frank yelled before recollecting his thoughts and continuing his preparation to save Gerard.

"Do you think he'll come back?" Pete asked, hopefully.

"Not if he knows what's good for him." Frank stated bluntly before throwing a gun towards Pete and beginning to walk to his car.

A/N- this is so short and I'm so sorry! But I'll make up for it with a really action packed chapter.

I've been to college today and then work after it and I'm literally beyond exhausted. Don't get me wrong, I love to write this fic but I'm literally falling asleep as I type.

I hope everyone's had a nice day!

Lots of love,

-L
