Chapter 21 Welcome Home!

Warning some Smut in this chapter. It's not extreme smut but it's not fluff either so be warned. I am not sexualizing children I aged them up in this story for a reason ;)

Y/n's Pov:

I have been in the hospital for a week now and I can finally leave today. I started eating solids again yesterday which was refreshing but It still hurt. It didn't hurt as bad though. Everyone visited me when they could but Will was by my side during most of it. I am here alone though waiting for a ride home which my mom is giving me. Hopper told my mom that I was caught in a crossfire between him and robbers which was a lie that she believed. 

"Hey baby," My mom says while walking into my hospital room

"Hey, mom where's Dustin?" I ask her

"He should be here any minute he was getting some water," She says while sitting down in a chair

A few minutes later Dustin comes in the room "Hey sis,"

"Hey Dusty,"

"You ready to go home?" He asks me

"Yes, you don't understand how much I miss my bed!" 

"Let's go then," He says while helping me out of bed

This will be my first time walking in a long time because I usually use a wheelchair to go to the bathroom but I want to walk so I am going to try. Dustin helps me to my feet and I go to take one step and I fall into Dustin. 

"Fuck Dustin," I say while he tries to stabilize me

"I'm sorry I forgot you haven't walked in a week,"

He helps me walk out of the hospital and into my car. Once we make it home my mom rushes inside like an asshole leaving me and Dustin to go inside by ourselves. 

"Dustin hurry up I have to pee," I say while he opens my car door

"Ok come on," He says as he pulls me out of the car

I wrap my arm around his neck and he wraps his arm around my waist. We make it to the door and Dustin opens it leaving me there.

"What the fuck," I say as he walks inside without me.

The lights were off in the house and it looks creepy. I don't know why they didn't turn on the lights and I don't know why the fuck both my mom and brother left me at the front door to walk inside myself. I grab onto the rails outside of my house to help me walk in and once I'm inside the lights suddenly turn on and a bunch of people pop out and they all scream 'Welcome Home'

"Shit!" I scream stumbling back

I start to realize that all of my friends are here for a welcome home party.

"Can someone help me inside please," I say while standing at the door with my arms on my hips

Everyone laughs and Lucas walks up to me and he helps me inside.

I go around greeting everyone and giving them all hugs and I didn't see Will anywhere. 

I ask Mike "Mike is Will here?"

"Yeah, he is I'm not sure where though,"

"Thank's bud I'll just look for him," I say while kissing Mikes cheek

I continue to limp around the party until I walk into my room and I see him sitting on my bed with a big teddy bear with a heart, a bunch of chocolate, and some roses.

"Welcome home baby," He says while standing up and walking towards me

"Thanks, babe," I say while pulling him into a quick kiss
