"Hey Lee." I greet her.

"I told you not to call me that. Makes me sound like a boy." she crosses her arms and pouts her lips.

I chuckle a bit and stop when she glares but I'm still holding back a few laughs.

Eventually, her 'mad' expression goes away and she smiles shaking her head.

"Can we continue the project today?" I ask her.

"Yes. Uhm... so my house today?"

Lia

I know this is a risky move. He might stumble upon something bad and get a bad idea about me.

Still got time to correct myself.

"But I think it's best if we come to your house. I miss your mom." I smile trying to change his mind.

"Mom isn't home. I also want to have a chance to meet your mom." he smiles at me.

"Oh. Smooth." I laugh. "Okay then..." I try my best to smile at him.

"What time?"

"Three o'clock. Sharp." I tease.

"I'll see what I can do."

We look at each other and suddenly burst out laughing.

"Bye." he says.

"Yeah. Bye." my smile slips out of my face.

Gale

Okay so maybe at her house today I'll be able to see something that'll enlighten me about her situation.

The reasons behind why she doesn't smile like she used to.

At half past one, I'm with Dora, finishing our assignment.

"So we are officially done?" I ask her.

"Officially done." she confirms. "I've been meaning to ask you something."

"Ask away."

"It's really serious and you don't get to tell anyone about this." she looks at me all serious.

"Okay. I won't tell anyone." I assure her.

"So, let's say I hypothetically like this person. We're doing a work together. And I need advice to get to him. And I think you are the best person to come to. I suppose you know him well." she purses her lips.

"Well, it would help if you told me who it is." I think it's me... It can't be. I don't want it to be.

"It's... if you tell anyone about it I will smash your head and feed it to your goldfish."

"I think I don't know any if you tell anyone about it--" she slaps me upside my head.

"Dumbass." she rolls her eyes while I laugh. "It's Justin." she breathes.

I breathed a sigh if relief. "You like Justin? Justin Carsten? You, Dora Justin like Justin Carsten. It's kind of funny though."

"Would you be quiet about it!" she whisper shouts.

"Dora Justin and Justin Carsten." I laugh. "You can't blame me, Justin who likes Justin."

"Will you help me or not?" she rolls her eyes.

"Yeah. Uhm... He likes simple girls. But, as you know, many of them are gold diggers. You need to take it easy with him. Show him you are interested and that you actually like him. I'll work my magic on him and maybe get him to ask you out on a date. But first, I need to find out if he's interested in someone. Then I can work it out."

"Thanks, I guess." she nods and waves at me.

"Good luck." I say.

"Yeah. Thanks, once again." she answers.
