Darkness. .the only thing that I could see was darkness and it terrified me. I had no clue where I was or why I was even here in the first place. The only thing I knew was that I was trapped and I couldn't get out. There was no one around to help me either.

The air around me was dusty which made it hard for me to breathe. With each breath I took my throat burned in agony. It was almost as if I was choking to death which meant that I needed to find a way out of here and I needed to do it fast.

I blinked, the dust in the air burning my eyes. I tried to find some source of light but it was no use. I was completely trapped. Instead of groveling on the ground, I stood up and slowly felt around the vicinity for something that could possibly help me get out of this place. The only thing that I could feel were several slabs of rock.

With all of the strength I had left, I attempted to push away the rock and I even resorted to kicking it. After many failed attempts to break free, I gave up and soon broke down on the ground. The tears flowed quickly down my face and the air was leaving my lungs by the second. I looked up into the darkness and cried out, hoping someone would hear me.

"Someone help me," I whimpered.

After a few long moments of silence I began to cry harder. No one could hear me. There wasn't much oxygen left in my system and I honestly wasn't aware of how much longer I had left. With the last bit of air I could muster, I cried out once again hoping I'd have better luck this time.

"Please. Somebody help me," I wailed.

I began coughing. My throat burned with each small breath I took. It wouldn't be much longer until I took my final breath. My legs finally gave out on me and soon I was back on the ground. I laid down and stared up into the darkness. Each breath was becoming shorter and shorter and I could feel my body slowly beginning to shut down.

I was ready to finally close my eyes for the last time when a light shone from above. I felt a sudden breeze and was soon able to catch my faltering breath. More and more light was being revealed and I was becoming ecstatic. After regaining most of my lung strength back, I sat up and looked up to see who my savior was.

My eyes widened in fear and I retreated backwards when I saw a large metallic face staring down at me with an anxious expression on his face. His bright blue optics lit up the cavity I was currently trapped inside of and from what I could see, his armor was colored black and he was incredibly massive.

He shifted backwards for a split second and then proceeded to move closer to me again. I scooted back as far as the wall would let me. I was shaking and crying. Soon I noticed the robot's mouth moving though I couldn't hear a thing. I was almost certain he was speaking to me, but I was in shock right now. He held out his large hand to meand I looked at it for a moment before shaking my head.

The bot rolled his optics at me and I almost laughed but was too shaken up to think about doing it. After a few seconds, I could feel myself being lifted. I jumped in a panic but soon relaxed. A feeling of safety radiated throughout my body. I looked up to see the blue-eyed bot staring down at me with that same anxious expression. I saw that I was resting safely in the palm of his hand and I smiled, thankful that I was finally out of my own personal prison.

"Thank you," I whispered to him.

I didn't know if robots could smile, but if they could, this one most certainly would be. He tucked me safely into the crease of what appeared to be his chest. I breathed out in relief, grateful that I had finally been saved.
