also i came out to two of my friends yesterday!!!!!
i was planning on telling the whole lunch table, but of course my one friend who i can't tell no matter what had to be sitting with us... so i decided i'm going to go one by one instead
i told my friend A first, because she's really sweet and i thought she'd be the nicest about it, and she was really sweet about it,, she hugged me and i cried-
my friend K was nearby and happened to notice and asked me what was wrong. K is really sweet and has helped me through a lot, but she also has really strong opinions on certain things... however she never struck me as the type of person to just ditch someone, so i decided to give it a shot
she handled it so much better than i thought she would. she was really sweet and didn't bring up religion at all or anything, which i'm really thankful for. she told me that she's known since last year and she's kind of been waiting for me to tell her, which i found kind of funny. and she assured me that nothing was going to change at that it doesn't matter to her. she even made sure to remind me to only come out to people if i feel safe doing it!! she also asked me if i had my eye on any girls, so me, being afraid to tell her that i have a gf but not wanting to lie, just told her to shut up- not in a rude way though-
so yeah it went well- i still have a lot of people to tell but i have more confidence now that the first two went well
