Virgils POV
I put on my purple jacket on top of my white shirt. I fix my jeans and my hair. "Roman, are you sure you don't wanna
go?" I ask
"Yes, I have no reason to. Just have fun." He says
"Thanks." I say
Logan was at Pattons getting ready for the dance. Roman was helping me. Roman drove me to the dance and when I walked into the school it looked like love was in the air. There were red hearts hanging from the ceiling and they played Romantic songs. I look around and I see Logan. I walk over to Logan and Hug him.
"Hey Babe." I say
"Hey. Wanna dance?" He asks
We walk into the dance floor and begin to dance. It reminded me of the Halloween party, just without the beer. We laugh and dance a lot. Then a slow song turned on. The dance for love. Logan took my body and brought it closer to him. I smile and we dance together, after the song is over I look into Logans eyes and kiss him. He kisses me back. After what felt like forever we pulled away, smiling and looking deeply into each others eyes. Then the Class President takes the microphone.
"Hello, now it is the time you have waited for. Everyone get onto the school website and vote for the Valentines Couple." He says.
I pull out my phone and look at the names. I see that Logan and I are on there.
"Did you put us on here?" I ask
"Yeah." He says
I smile and vote for us because why the hell not. After a few minutes the Class President comes to the mic again.
"And the Valentices couple is... Max Free and Sara Right!" He says as he claps.
I didn't really want to win I was happy for the winners. We cheer and clap. They get there stuff and they do a dance in middle of the floor. I look at Logan and Smiled. Logan looked at the couple dancing. I look his hand.
"Are you okay?" I ask
"Yeah everything is fine." Logan says
The couple dances and then after that song we all dance again. I look Logan hand.
"May I have this dance." I say to him.
"Actually, Patton says that he is ready to go home. I am sorry." Logan says
"Oh, that is fine." I say. I look over at Patton and he was smiling and Logan. I didn't put much thought into it.
"Well goodbye Virgil." Logan says as he hugs me.
"Bye, love." I say
Logan leaves from my arms. I look down at the ground. Is our love fading. No it isn't. Tomorrow I will take him on a date so we can spend more time together. I turn around and I walk to the drink table. I didn't want to leave till the dance was over because I didn't want Roman to think something was wrong. I poor myself a drink of punch and then I feel a pair of arms wrap around me.
"Guess who it is." They say. Roman wasn't here nor was Logan.
"I dont know, who." I say
They spin me around and I see it was Blade.
"Hi Blade." I say
"Hi Virge. Wanna dance?" He say
"I got nothing better to do. Since Logan left." I say
He grabs my hand and we go onto the dance floor. We start to slow dance.
"Hey Virge. Listen to the song." Blade says and he pulls me closer to him.
I listen. It was our song.
"Blade, what?" I say
"Just listen and dance with me." He says

From jumping out the second floor?
I remember the time Logan and I were at the park and we took pictures together. Then I remember when Blade and I really wanted to not have to do PE. We went to the window his house which was on the second floor. We jumped together. I broke my left arm and he broke his left arm too. We wrote our names on each others cast. Just like Connor did with Evan.

I remember the dirty looks Blades friends gave us for dating. I remember how Blade and I took pictures together at our 8th grade Valentine's Day dance. I remember how easily he could read me. He knew if something bothered me.
I pull myself closer to Blade and cry into his shoulder.
"It is okay babe." He says
I'm okay now (I'm okay now)
But you really need to listen to me
Because I'm telling you the truth
I mean this, I'm okay! (Trust me)

Then the song ends. What was he doing to me.
"Virge. Do you remember all the amazing times we had together." He says
"Never forget them." He says
Then he kisses my head and leaves me standing there. I turn around and he was gone. I stand there crying. Why was I crying. I am over him. I have Logan. Logan would never cheat on me. Not like what Blade and Roman did. I wipe my crys and I walk outside. I walk into the parking lot to call Roman.
"Hello." Roman says over the phone
"Can you come pick me up?" I ask
"Wasnt Logan going to?" He asks
"Logan left a few minutes ago. Can you please just come here." I ask hearing the anger in my voice.
"I will be there in-"
"Nevermind I will just walk." I say
I hang up and start walking home. I dont understand what Blade was trying to do. I love Logan with all my heart. I dont even want to look at Blade right now. I cant believe what he did. He was an amazing boyfriend, then he got abusive and cheated on me with a really good friend of mine. Then he kisses me in the hall and does this to me. I am done with his ass. At least Roman didn't kiss me and do something like this to me. I wish this would be over. I call Logan. He doesn't pick up. He is probably sleeping. I was fine with him hanging out with Patton because I trust him. I know he would never cheat on me. Because I loved him alot.
