"Bev, I'm losing my patience."
I opened my eyes ever so slightly just to catch a glimpse of an irritated Leo. He was standing beside my bed, one hand clutching a to-go cup of coffee and the other on his hip. His position and the expression on his face reminded me of my mean ballet teacher in third grade.
"You're not scary," I muttered as I rolled over in my bed so his angry face was now out of view.
Leo let out a dramatic sigh and ripped the covers off of my body. I heard a soft thump as they landed on the floor. "It's six right now. We literally have to be on set and getting ready in, like, half an hour."
"Alright, alright, I'm coming," I laughed. His bossy state was highly entertaining, especially this early in the morning.
I reluctantly crawled off of the mattress, shuddering as my bare feet made contact with the cold floor. Leo bent over to grab a pair of socks from under my bed and tossed them to me.
"Okay, hurry up. Just put some sweats on or something and then meet me at the car, we really need to get going," he ordered as I slipped on the socks and made my way to the bathroom to freshen up.
"You got it, dad!" I called behind me.
\\
"Alright, we're already behind schedule! I need Romeo and Juliet in the bed right now!"
I flinched at Baz's angry voice and made my way to the king-sized bed in full Juliet hair and makeup. I removed my silk robe and crawled under the sheets in a matter of seconds to avoid anyone looking at me. Leo chuckled as I laid down on my stomach, waiting for him.
"Nervous?"
I rolled my eyes. "Just shut up and get in here so we can do this."
He snorted, but obliged, crawling under the blanket with me and getting comfortable on his back. I quickly positioned myself slightly on top of him with one arm hugging his torso and closed my eyes, flinching at the feeling of his warm, bare skin under me.
Once we were both naked under the covers and in position (thankfully we were both at least allowed to wear underwear), Baz decided to get the show on the road.
"And...action!"
After a few moments of 'sleeping', I felt Leo jerk suddenly, waking up from his nightmare. I could feel his chest heaving up and down heavily as he swallowed. After calming down, he gently moved me off of him so he could prop himself up on one elbow, kissing my shoulder softly as he did so.
He stroked my bare back and then leaned in to repeatedly plant soft kisses on my lips until I slowly fluttered my eyes open and smiled at him. He was so close, I could see the countless specks in his blue eyes.
He slowly moved away and sat at the edge of the bed, his legs hanging off the side. I crawled over behind him to wrap my arms around his neck and whisper in his ear. "Wilt thou be gone? It is not yet near day."
Leo smiled slightly, tugging his shirt on and wincing from the pain of his wounds before answering. "I must be gone and live, or stay and die."
He held me close and pulled me back so we were laying on the bed, my head on his chest as I spoke. "Yond light is not day-light, I know it, I. It is some meteor that the sun exhaled to be to thee this night a torch-bearer and light thee on thy way to Mantua. therefore stay yet, thou need'st not to be gone."
Leo laughed suddenly as if he had just come to a realization, his chest vibrating under me. "Then let me be taken! Let me be put to death," he exclaimed, quickly flipping us over so he was straddling my waist.
