The One With The Flashback Part 1

*1 ½ year ago*

"Jonouchi, you have to quit getting in fights with Azrael."

Jonouchi rolls his eyes as Yugi bandages the blonde's arm.

"He got you good this time," Marik says as he cleans off the blood on Jonouchi's forehead, "Those claw marks on your arm are pretty deep."

"I agree with Marik," Yugi replies as he finishes the arm.

"I'm fine," Jonouchi retorts, "This is nothing."

Jonouchi stands up and starts to walk off, "I'm going to the room. I'll see you later."

Bakura comes over in time to see Jonouchi walking away.

He sighs, "I'm afraid these fights will only get worse."

Marik sighs as well, "I'm afraid you'll be right."

Bakura sits down with Marik and Yugi. They knew they needed to help Jonouchi before the worst happens.Unfortunately, there was another fight the next day.

It was broken up by two Alphas, one being Seto Kaiba. Seto takes Jonouchi to the nurse's office.

"Why do you insist on fighting that scraper?"

"None of your business," Jonouchi pulls his arm out of Seto's grasp before wincing at the pain, pulling it to his stomach.

He had made the wounds, from the day before, reopen.

"Did you even feed to help with recovering from your last encounter?"

"What do you care? We've never talked before and now it's like you're my mother."

"I'm trying to show you common courtesy you mutt!"

Jonouchi rolls his eyes.As they reach the nurse's office, Jonouchi didn't say one more word. Of course Jonouchi didn't feed, he used to not feeding to help recover.One of the nurses tended to Seto's left shoulder, slightly wounded from breaking up the fight.Jonouchi just sat there after taking off his coat and t-shirt. A nurse began to clean his injuries.Once Seto was patched up, the nurse releases him. He walked by Jonouchi, taking a slight peek. He noticed Jonouchi was in rough shape, noticing scars from his past. Seto continues to walk on ahead, heading to his dorm room.

That... That mutt...

The next day at lunch, there was a loud commotion. Seto looks up to see Azrael and... a different boy this time.

"Watch where you're going shrimp!"

"I'm s-sorry," Yugi tries to get up before being pushed down.

"You're going to be sorry!"

Jonouchi gets up, getting in between the two, "Leave Yugi alone!"

"You want to dance again blondie?"

Before another altercation, Seto steps in.

"Don't you ever get sick of this?"

"What's it to you?" Azrael growls.

"Because I'M getting sick of this. All you do is pick fights. You're nothing but a nuisance."

Azrael smirks, "Then why don't we have a fight that ends all fights?"

"You're kidding."

"You want me to stop then get me to stop."

Jonouchi took the moment of opportunity to help Yugi get back up on his feet.

"You alright?" he whispers.

Yugi nods, "I'm fine. Who's the Alpha?"

"He's Seto Kaiba."
