With Jay, Nya, and Arie

The moon was up, two of the ninja squad were down, and the rest were separated. Things had gone downhill so quickly.

Arie has gotten away quickly, hoping that his cousin and Cole hadn't followed, but little did he know that in the distance, a pair of brown and green eyes stared.

"Goodnight Jay!" Nya called tiredly as she yawned.

"Goodnight Nya!" Jay chirped as he left to go take a drink from the lake.
Arie smirked and he went to Nya, tapping her shoulder.

"Nya."

Nya looked up at him, her blue eyes contrasting with his usual Scarlett eyes.
She became fascinated with the color as she kept staring at them.

"Yes..?" Nya said quietly.

"What's your favorite thing about Jay?"
He put his hand on her face and stroked her cheek.

"My favorite thing? I like...well..I like how he's very peppy, but knows when to be serious too!" Nya smiled, and didn't seem to notice nor bothered by Aries little gestures of affection.

He rested his head on her shoulder and looked off into the distance.
"Don't you ever wonder..." he paused.
Nya looked over at him.

"What it would be like, if...you hadn't fallen for Jay?"

Nya thought for a moment and just shook her head. After a long silence, Nya started again.

Arie sighed from not getting a response, but decided to just keep quiet.

"Honestly..you're not a bad guy Arie. I don't know what's up with Jay. He's just being paranoid like usual." Nya laughed a little and Arie chuckled.

"I don't blame him. Bright red eyes, weird time powers, villain as a parent. It's pretty high on the "villain list"."

"Wait..why do you have red eyes?"

Arie thought for a second.
"I don't know honestly. I don't know where it came from. I wish I got regular brown or something."

"Then what's with the purple?"

Arie looked nervous when struck with the question.
"W-What do you mean?" Arie got off her shoulder and looked away.

"The purple eyes?" She asked again, even more confused.

"It's..nothing." Arie pecked her lips lightly, leaving a shocked Nya. She looked star struck before she came back to her senses and pushed him away.

He just chuckled and he grabbed her hand pulling her up.

"Jays been gone for a bit. Let's go check on him."

Arie smirked and grabbed her hand as they walked together downhill.

Daniella and Cole, after the fight

"Don't cry Daniella. We'll get him."
Cole pat her back as she kept crying into his shoulder.

"No! It's..not that!"

"Then what's the matter?"

"He's..been through so much..I don't know what's gotten into him but..we have to save him!" Daniella pulled away from him.

Cole nodded slowly.

"C'mon. Let's go before we lose him."

Cole looked back at Lloyd's lifeless body. He felt tears well up in his eyes.
"I'm sorry Daniella..just..give me a moment."
