Chapter 1
Welcoming Mission

Just as they came back from Edolas. They all celebrated to the return of Lisanna that they all partied all night.

They next day mostly everyone were sober and that includes Erza, Gray and Natsu. They aren't feeling well that day and took a rest day at their homes.

Lucy, Happy, Carla and Wendy are the only ones left in Team Natsu that aren't feeling sick.

"So are you going on a mission with Wendy today?", Mirajane asked to Lucy as she cleans the counter. She nodded 'no' in reply and took a sip of her iced tea.

"Mira-nee!", Lisanna jumps over to her making her a bit surprised. And she took notice of Lucy and Wendy looking at both of them which made her blush for some reasons and sat next to lucy.

She curiously watched her finish her iced tea. "Ne~ Lucy, are you the same as the Lucy in Edolas?", she started making Wendy and Lucy look at her suspiciously.

"No. I can't bully other people.", she looked at Wendy before she answered.

Lisanna smiled and continued with, "Then do you like Natsu?", which made her frozen stiff.

Happy then said, "How 'bout you Lisanna, do you still want to marry Natsu?" Making her a bit shy enough not to say a single helping word.

"I do not like Natsu as someone 'to love' but maybe someone special?", Lucy explained with a bit uncertainity.

"Lucy-san and Natsu-san are so close that I thought they are more than friends.", Wendy claims smiling at Lisanna. "Then were rivals!", she pointed to Lucy making her puzzled.

Carla, and Happy laughed at the challenge to Lucy whether what she'll do about it.

"Wha- what are you talking about? Like I told you...", before Lucy finishes she was cut by Levy who interferes in the middle of their conversation.

"Lu-chan! I found a job suited for you.", she handed over a request. "Two million jenny?!", she gasped at the reward that'll be given.

"Lucy-san, we can ask Lisanna-san to come with us tomorrow. I'm sure Erza-san and the others would agree.", Wendy suggested over to Lucy as if asking for her permission. "Why not? Lisanna would you like to come?", she invites and immediately got an 'okay' reply.

The next day

"Natsu's the same as ever.", Lisanna chuckled as she watch Natsu out of spirit inside the train. "Guess this is our welcome back gift for you.", Erza smiled reminiscing the old days.

Gray on the other hand was sleeping, Happy was eating a box of fish which he got for winning a bet against Lucy, Carla and Wendy are currently playing a card game taught by Cana.

"What was the request again?", Lucy asked. "Destroy a portal.", Erza answers. "Don't you think it's strange?", Lisanna wonders feeling something wrong about the task.

The train stopped all of a sudden making Gray and Natsu fall down making them wake up. All passengers panicked as soldiers comes towards them.

"Are you Fairy Tail Wizards?", they asked to the eight members. "Yes.", Erza forwardly claimed. The soldiers made way for their commander.

"Please follow us.", says the commander of the soldiers so they did follow him all the way to a big mansion.

The place was full of sorcery. There are magic items on display. Even armors and weapons. Even cakes and most of all the shortcake she loves the most was also in there.

"They don't hold any zodiac key.", Lucy sighed. "Most of the golden keys were already yours afterall.", says Natsu walking with her pace. Lisanna looked at both of them with a bit of jealousy and with that she paced with them going on the other side of Natsu.

"Suzaku-sama, I've brought your guests.", the commander stops at the door and opened it.

The eight members were told to take a sit for a while. "The portal is located at Vaskan's forest. The forest is a very dangerous place for humans to come near to it because of the portal so it's likely it has been abandoned.", Suzaku burried his head on his hands.

He was just as the same age as Erza and so it was a bit awkward for them to talk to him. "Meaning to say you want us to destroy the portal so that people will once again be able to make it lively.", Gray analyzes as it is impossible for him to understand a bit of it. "That is true.", answered Suzaku.

"But why two million jenny?", Lucy asked. He kept silent and can't bring to answer her. "It is only natural. We are risking our lives.", Lisanna buts in.

"What kind of portal was it?", Natsu continued to investigate. "It was like a door. A woman with a black cape was seen to come in and out of it all the time then just a week ago monsters were coming out from it.", he narrates.

"We understood. We'll have the job finish.", Erza stood up agreeing on the job. "Yosh! We'll take care of it in time.", Natsu boasted. The rest as well went on.

Meanwhile on their way Lucy once again called Horologium to carry her around.

"Your power will deplete if you use it for something like that.", Carla warns.
" 'I'm tired. It can't be helped', she says.", Horologium conveys her message. The others just let it be.

After some time they came to a dead end as they were ambushed by bandits. "Kyaa!" Lucy shouted as Horologium disappeared that she fell on the ground.

"Relax. We are Fairy Tail. Mere bandits can't defeat us.", Gray and Natsu said in unison. With that they started to beat them in a pulp. "We can't just leave it you Natsu.", Lisanna transformed into a white tiger's take over. Lucy opened the gate of crab, Cancer. "Ebi~" he posed as usual.

"Sky Dragon's Roar!", Wendy attacked. "Heaven's Wheel Dance!", Erza knocked them at once but their numbers are increasing.

"There's no end to them.", Gray catches his breathe as most of his magical power has been used. "Aye!" Happy agrees protecting Carla as he can.

"Open: Gate of the Lion, Leo!" , Lucy shouted summoning Loke. "Shall we just invite them to our wedding?", Loke carried Lucy as soon as he was summoned while beating up some bandits. "This is not a time to tell a joke!", Lucy exclaimed and was brought down to the ground.

"Leave it to me.", he flashed a smile and used regulus. "He liikes you.", Happy rolls his tongue. "Who are you?!", she complained.

Unexpectedly Lucy was caught off guard from behind. She dropped her keys that they took notice of her.

"Lushee!", Natsu worried and went after her scent so follows Happy. "She always drops her.", Loke sighed going after him.

"Lisanna! Wendy! Go after them! We'll take care of these.", Erza orders them with authority. The three of them went as well just as she said.

On the other hand Lucy was unconcious.

"We finally got her."

"Do we have to hurt her like that?"

"No complaining."

"We'll apologize later on."

"Hurry up and place her."

"She'll be a good vessel."
