Beginning of War

The grand magic games continued to liven up even when Fairy Tail and Sabertooth are worried about their friends who are now in search for an important family member.

It's all coming to an end for fifth day.

"We have a special event wherein all guild members can join woohoo!"

The announcer shouted making the whole crowd scream and all. "What should we do Minerva-sama?", Orga asked watching the whole crowd.

"Let them be. Sabertooth will go representative will only be 3 of us.", she went ahead with Rufus then follows Orga.

"Oh? Sabertooth's missing their fighters?", Yajima-san wondered as three members of Sabertooth only came out without even the twin dragon slayers.

"What's happening here?"

"Where's Sting and Rogue?"

"What is with them? They've been out of action since earlier."

"Sounds fishy."

The crowd are starting to wonder where they are. Minerva raised her hand and clenched it fiercely making them be silent for a while.

"Even without them Sabertooth will always be number 1! We will win this for them and prove that Saber doesn't just rely on them. Our bonds will be the source of our strength!", she shouted all throught the arena.

Erza smiled and said, "Well done Minerva." Then after that Juvia approached her, "Shall we get going too?", she asked. "Let's go.", Erza leads the group.

"Fairy Tail sent five members but Natsu Dragneel had been replaced by Juvia Lockser!"

"Ara? Gajeel-kun is also missing and he's been replaced by Elfman!"

Erza also announces about Natsu and Gajeel's absence and without wasting a second she challenged Minerva directly. She then smiled and said, "Your two members are here." she pointed two people behind them. "Scoff?!", Rufus exclaimed. They didn't expect him to submit himself to a fight. "Lit is also hesitant but we want to fight for the honor of our guild too.", he knelt down infront of Minerva swearing his loyalty to Sabertooth.

Minerva reached out her hand and pulled him to stand while saying, "I acknowledge your pledge."

"The other guild also finished choosing their best members!"

The crowd of people will soon see the outcome of how much they've grown in the games. They'll witness the guild whose bond is stronger as than the others.

"Natsu!"

He looked around and saw the blond mage walking towards him.

"I met your dragons.", she said and gave him an expression as faint like of the eyes of the scarred. Continuing on without his reaction she told him, "Igneel gave me a message for you the same goes for every dragon slayers."

She told them that the dragons can no longer maintain their life in earth and has left them. She passed each of the dragons message to all Dragon Slayers.

They all cried most of all Natsu. He did not expect that Igneel had been with him ever since and now he completely disappeared without even showing himself up. "Natsu.", she called but hesitated to touch him like she usually does. She remembers everything she said and did to him. She gets a conflicting emotions whether she's still be able to help him overcome the sadness.

He pulled Lucy to him and hugged her as tight as he can. "Thank you Lucy, for letting me know.", he let go of her smiling with tears running on his cheeks. He immediately wipes his tears and cleared his mind. She feels guilty that she no longer feels the same as she did years ago and on top of everything she hurt him not only once.
