Hey guys, it’s Mina or Jas. It’s come to my attention that there’s a lot going on within peoples journeys and what not and I am here to guide you guys as a fellow shifter myself and student to this stuff. I want you guys to digest what I’m about to say. Stop being so quick to “disagree” because it hurts your feelings. This is about shifting, your mindset, and what you need to do. Maybe you need this. So listen.

I shifted.

First off, I shifted twice. I have built my beliefs so much, I don’t worry about “not shifting” because I know I absolutely can. Point blank period. Not to rub it in anyone’s face but I had to put in work for months. I had to read, I had to experiment, all of that. First time I was shook but I knew I could do it. The second time caught me off guard but I knew EXACTLY what I did to get there. I came back from the second time because I had a scripting error. I come back here instead because this is where everything started. I don’t feel bad about coming back nor do I feel a struggle to leave. I’m not stressing over when. I understood everything all these months to get me to this point.

Get ready for word vomit

Y’all listen to me. Like LISTEN. You can shift. If you can day dream or lucid dream you can shift. Stop letting people tell you that you can’t shift doing this or that. We shift all the time. What WE are doing are consciously shifting to a reality of our choice. See, you subconscious is working all the time. It never sleeps. At all. You even leave your body without knowing. You can control dreams. Like do you understand you are LIMITLESS. You can shift and come back. You can shift and stay. Whatever you consciously are is where you will be. Your consciousness is the ONLY reality. Do you hear me?? Do not let someone define shifting to you.

Now with that being said here is the tea about what you’re supposed to do...

IMPRESS YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND INTO IDENTIFYING YOUR DESIRED REALITY.

your subconscious mind is running the show. But you can consciously influence it. You have for years. You are in this reality because you impressed it in your brain. You identify with this one. To identify with a NEW reality, you need to impress your subconscious mind. Visualization. Okay before you cleaners come in and say “No you just gotta ‘feel’ your dr” that’s exactly what I mean. But lemme tell you how. If consciousness is your only reality what does that mean? As a conscious living being right now...you speak, you touch, you smell, you react to environments, etc. do you know you can do that to your desired reality? Do you ALSO know you can change your thoughts right now. You can think as if you are currently in your reality. All these things sound super easy and they are but guess who makes it difficult.........us.

We have lived our lives in this reality so who knows what is imprinted in our subconscious mind. But you can change. BUT as humans...we fight change. All the time. Example, dieting. People who want to lose weight either fail or succeed. You know how? Mindset. Their willingness to picture themselves in a new light. The people who fail...make excuses. Let me tell you something. I make excuses all the time. “My parents are distracting me.” “I can’t do this it’s hard.” “I’m depressed” But guess what. If I wanted to succeed, I’m gonna find a way to make this WORK. If you’re depressed, (trust me I have had been for 3 years) you can let that go. It pointless to feel like that. I knew if I wanted to shift my mindset had to be right. It might take MONTHS for you to make that shift first and YOU NEED IT. Stop letting these negative thoughts get in the way. Acknowledge that you do have them but you can change that thought into a better one INSTANTLY.

I. Cannot. Stress. This. Enough. Maybe you don’t wanna hear this but I’m saying it. Your mindset has to change. I AM NOT THE SAME PERSON I WAS 4 MONTHS AGO. Trust me. It’s possible. Your willingness to do so has to be strong. Stop saying “I need better shifting stories to shift” “Why am I doubting this” we all been there and whether you believe in this or not, will determine where you end up. I was skeptical but what else I had to lose. I researched and fail and tried it again. WAS ABLE TO SHIFT STILL. Mindset has to change whether you want to admit or not.

Stop being lazy. PLEASE

You know all these excuses pushes you back. Visualizing is a skill. Just like driving. Just like art. Stop looking for easy ways to do this. This IS the way. Changing your beliefs, visualization, etc. People done this in the 1940s and before that. What makes this any different? There’s no reinventing the wheel. There are NO NEW METHODS. THIS IS IT. Start with one sense and work your way. Everyone is capable. Do you know I thought I had to do a million and one things but I realize...what am I doing?? It’s the simplest thing ever. Vividness should be your goal. If it takes you all night to feel as if you are there then so be it. You wanna shift right?? It’s OKAY if you don’t. Stop affirming you didn’t shift. STOP AFFIRMING IT DOESN’T WORK.

The truth is everyone is capable of doing this but we make up all these rules that we can’t or it has to be done this way and then we overcomplicate things. Let me tell you this. When you respond to this reality, it’s based off of thoughts, feelings, etc. you shift in this reality based on the frequency of your thoughts and what you consciously are aware of. If I had a choice of tacos or salad, based off of my thoughts and how i’m feeling I shift to the reality where I have one of those. There IS a reality of me eating the thing I didn’t choose but I consciously created the reality of eat the opposite.

I don’t know what else to say honestly. I am only speaking from what I know, what I’ve researched, What I experienced. I see so many people obsessed with the “idea” of shifting that they will script their life away and then say shifting isn’t real. Also, it’s possible to take months or years to shift. But it shouldn’t be. It boils down to your mindset and beliefs once again. The constant hot potato of thoughts contradicting each other is stopping you. Pick a path and stick with it. I don’t care how depressed you are. If that’s stopping you then focus on what you need to do. If you want to change your appearance in this reality or whatever do it. You guys are SUPER YOUNG. I am 21 years old. You guys have so much to learn. Maybe I am coming off as blunt but you guys need to understand. You are the creator of life. Decide what you need to do. Is it to stay here? Is it too actually buckle down and try visualizing. And yes there’s only one method. The way you go about it is what’s different. Do not tell me this method is different from that. Essentially you are visualizing something. Don’t try and change what Neville Goddard said for 70 years.
