(Edit: Woah this got featured! Thanks so much! 🤗)
So, where to start?
I just finished my scripts last night. I really didn't want to do my scripts until I got to my TR with the Lifa app and shift to my waiting room, but I just did it anyways to relieve myself of more things to worry about. What did I do?
First, I laid down and kept my eyes open. I focused on the ceiling while I listened to some music to raise my vibrations, while at the same time, affirming and visualizing me waking up in my TR, and doing some things on the Lifa app. I tried my best to keep it vivid as possible, I did this for quite a while. Once my eyelids started to flutter, I closed them and kept them closed and continued from there.
Then... I went to sleep!I woke up, and my room was still dark at the time, and I was very drowsy. In my TR there's a alien poster over my desk. And guess what? There was an alien poster over my desk. But I was so out of it, I didn't realize I shifted.

It was pretty dumb of me. But waking up early in the morning completely exhausted, there was only one thing to do: go back to sleep. But it felt almost like a dream when I woke up here again, but I am 1000% sure it was pretty real.
Advice:
If you're like me, and have a super hyperactive brain, count down from 100 while you affirm. It helps. You can also use it for a simple exercise for focus.Keep it a simple scene, for simple senses. I visualized sitting on my bed, holding my phone, and feeling the wind from my ceiling fan. That's all.
Keep your eyes open until you feel them fluttering, then keep them closed. I did some research and I heard this is a sign that you're going into a deep meditative state (Or a deep trance) When that happens, don't fight it, let it happen.
I'm going to try again tonight, hopefully I'll be able to shift successfully!
