I’m going to talk about how I shifted, but to the wrong reality, then came back.
To start off with everything, you might be wondering the method I used. I read this in another post and it seemed to be very effective for me. To start, I got into a comfortable position. Next, I visualized waking up into a waiting room 10 times (I wasn’t very specific). Then after that I just started saying affirmations in my head while falling asleep. And bam! I was there!
About shifting to the wrong reality or waiting room, it was VERY interesting. I woke up on a couch in a living room? The house was made out of brick and it was white themed. There was two children in the house, a boy and a girl. I never looked in a mirror cause I really didn’t think to because I was so tired. I got to what I thought was my room and laid on my bed and then got up to get my phone. This was where it got interesting. It had similar apps to what I have on this current reality phone and it had the Lifa app. The Lifa app wasn’t the theme I wanted so that stood out majorly to me, knowing now I wasn’t in my DR. Then I just laid back down and fell asleep then boom! I am back here.
More about what I did in that reality was, I was VERY confused when I woke up in that reality, I specifically said “Where am I. Wait, what? Is this my desired reality?” Soon to figure out, it wasn’t. I was so so happy though! I finally can get rid of all doubt I had. And the house, it was so small not beautiful. It was kinda like Ireland. There were steps to go outside, the grass was so green, and little kids playing outside. It was soo comforting.
