HOW I SHIFTED
i shifted 3 times with the force and power of my brain.
the first two times i did the sunni method and shifted after going to sleep.
• i raised my vibrations by listening to music
• after an hour, i relaxes myself by doing a calming meditation
• after i finished, i relaxed my body and let my brain take over.
• i focused on my visualization and feeling
• i fell asleep and woke up at home!
MOST RECENT SHIFTthis time i wanted to make my own method and shift with it!
so here’s what i did :)
• put my favorite song that connected me to my dr
• relaxed and started visualizing/feeling my dr
• let my brain choose scenes for me
• after 5 minutes, my music stopped and i felt my dog’s paw wake me up :)
HOW I WILL BE SHIFTING TONIGHTnow that i know more things about the sub conscious brain (aka bob, my best fwend 🥰)

i will simply just be visualizing and feeling my dr, once i’m ready to go home for the final time,
i will shift :)
