You guys!!!!!! I need to share more tips. This is a huge hack that helps my visualizations get better and better by the second.
Many people ask me things like, "How do you visualize/feel?" and things like "How do I clear up my visualizations?" "My visualizations are foggy, is that okay?"
The answer to those is simple. What y'all dont know is that I was not some natural born visualizer or anything and my visualization normally starts out just blackness. I put my focus on my dr and start feeling my bedroom as I walk around and slowly add little details. The picture will slowly become clearer but don't rush things.
I'm sure you are thinking "Okay my dude, but where is the hack?". My hack that helps me is blinking. "Blinking??" Yes. Blinking. This is all through your DR self where your attention should be. Not through your CR self.
As I said before, half of the time my visualizations start out as black or really foggy and far off. I will imagine myself in some place in my dr house and start walking all around it from there. I normally start in my bedroom but I open my eyes wherever it feels right. I'm not picky. Anyways, as I walk around the house, I will close my eyes for a second and then re-open them. The more I do this, the more vivid things become and the more detail I find about small objects and whatnot. I continue walking around my dr house and blinking. Sometimes very slow blinks, sometimes quickly. I do this until it's very very vivid and a check I do is going to the mirror to see my dr self. Idk about y'all, but it has always been more challenging for me to visualize my DR self or even my CR self in my minds eye. So when I can fully see myself in a mirror, I know I'm doing it right since it all becomes vivid. By this point I almost forget that I'm visualizing. I say almost because I am still aware of my task of shifting but since its vivid I will do a quick reality check. My reality check is simply me still walking around my DR house but "accidentally" walking into a wall or something. If I feel the thud physically, I just go about the rest of my day in my DR. At that point I dont know if I fully shifted already or if I shift after I finish my day and go to bed. But that's how it normally goes for me. I think by that time I may have fully shifted though because I am no longer aware of this CR and my mind questions nothing during this process.
Another misconceptions or "rules" that people put on themselves is that in order you have to shift, you have to lay on your back and that you cannot move. I move around. A lot. And I dont lay on my back. I pick whatever position is comfortable for me. That position changes every night so I have to move around to find it. I normally keep visualizing while I'm moving and it changes nothing. Now after you move around and get comfortable during the starting stages of visualization THEN you may want to be still as to not break your concentration. Good luck to you all. You will all know when I leave because before I depart again, I will add (shifted) to my name here. Don't worry. I'm not leaving yet and if I do it was an accident. Love and light y'all ♡♡♡
