I was up in my room. Camila was up in her room. Both of our windows opened and music playing off her record player. The two of us dancing to Why Do Fools Fall In Love by Frankie Lymon and The Teenagers. "Y/n!" I jumped as I heard my aunt yelling at me. I went to the door and answered her. "Ma'am!" I called out. "Little girl if you don't get down here and clean this kitchen like I asked! I shouldn't have to ask more than once!" She said. I pursed my lips knowing she was upset I didn't listen the first time. "Yes ma'am!"
I look back at Camila who was already looking at me. I pointed and she nodded knowing I had to go. I smiled when she blew me a kiss. I pretended to catch it before running downstairs. As I ran into the kitchen my aunt smack the back of my head. "Stop running in my house." She says. "Sorry." I say rubbing the spot. Then I quickly started cleaning.

"Camila come on." I said as we ran through the woods behind our house. "But what are we doing?" She asks still confused on why I dragged her out her bed. "We're going to our spot. I have a surprise for you." I tell her. After a short walk we arrived at the small pond.
"What's all this for?" Camila asked grinning at the picnic I set up. "Well I've been wanting to take you on a date. But that's not exactly easy to do. So I thought why not have a secret date at at the pond." I explained to her. "And your aunt just agreed to let you have a picnic?" Camila asked. "Oh yeah. I told her I wanted to hang out with you at the pond and she says yes." I said. "Well I love it. Thank you so much baby." Camila hugs me tightly and repeatedly kisses my cheek.
Earlier that day
"Auntie!" I called out as I looked around the house. My grandma was outside and my uncle was in the garage. But I couldn't find my aunt. "Hush girl! I'm in my room!" I quickly jogged to her room and jumped on her bed. "So... I was wondering if I could make a picnic basket and hang out with Camila at the pond?" I asked as she folded clothes. "Girl no. Last time you didn't clean the dishes you had when you came back." She says. I huff and throw my hands up. "That was one time. I was tired and forgot. I promise to do it this time." I tell her.
"No Y/n." She says again. "Please, please, please, please." I started begging. "Y/n I swear." She starts. "Please, please, please." I continue. "Oh my gosh! Go before I change my mind! But you better clean every dish you take." She says frustrated with me. "Yay! That's auntie!" I peck her check and run out.
