If you didn't know (which you most likely won't know), I used to do cheer and was the cheer captain in 8th grade. Now I'm a sophomore and haven't joined the cheer team. The middle school cheer team went to my high school for the game so I decided to go and help out. I honestly had so much fun today even if I ruined my voice even more. We had an assembly the day before and assemblies pop off, my throat hurt a lot and I was yelling on the top of my lungs today to make the cheer team louder. I probably was a bit intimidating but I had to let them know that I wasn't like that usually and was actually rlly nice. I also told them that even if not all of the cheerleaders showed up, they were luck cuz on the last game for all of the seasons in my year, only 6 cheerleaders showed up.
ANYWAYS, back to the point of this ranting thing. Like what I said, I was yelling and trying to make the girls louder. Afterwards, I was talking to my coach and the current captain. The current captain said "thank you for all your help." And I nodded but then my coach said "she used to be a captain." Now, here's when I almost cried.
The captain was a bit shocked and then said "captain to captain." I said it back but put my head down. No one has called me captain in so long. I almost broke down, I was so happy and sad at the same time RHSIRU IM PROBABLY GONNA GO TO THEIR GAMES NEXT WEEK TOO. AHDJWKW OK BYE.
