Fast, Furious, and... On the Run?
[Chapter 9]
"Oh my, I'm shaking in my boots." The mystery guy rolled his eyes.
"I don't care. What do you want? Why are you doing this?" I asked in a hard voice.
"Is it really that hard to figure out?" He gave me a weird look, but when I didn't respond, he continued, "I obviously want you out of the way. You don't deserve to be at the top of the chain."
I sighed, I should have figured that it had to do with the racing. "It's not my fault your not better then me. If you were, you would be on top. Not me. Instead of being a wuss, why don't you practice, get better, figure out a way to beat my. I don't care. You really don't need to go to all this trouble."
"Oh yes I do. Who says me just beating you once will be enough? You need to be gone. For good." He readjusted his hold on the gun.Just as I was doing the same, mystery guy whipped around and fired. Shocked, I looked to find Dean, on the ground, bleeding from the leg. "What did I tell you about staying where you were?" Mystery man just shook his head.
As he was turning back around, I loaded my gun, and fired. I didn't have time to see where, or if, I hit him. Because the next thing I knew, I was laying on the ground, a piercing pain shooting through my body.
The bastard shot me.
Faintly, in the distance, I could hear someone calling my name. At this point I didn't care though. I was suddenlyextremelytired and just wanted to sleep. The darkness that was starting to surround me wasn't helping either. After what seemed like a few minutes, I decided that sleep was indeed a good idea and let my eyes close.
Slowly everything around me started to fade. I stopped feeling the cold cement underneath me, the pain shooting through my body started to dull, and everythingdisappeared.
I could only be thankful, the pain that I was feeling before was too much to handle. This... This was peaceful.
Then my thoughts started todisappear. Leaving nothing, just a black abyss.

no, this is not the end, and yes i am sorry that its so short, but i can't really write anything else in the chapter, she kinda passed out...so yea lol. plus ive been having troubles figuring out whats going to happen next. but ill upload the next chapter a lot sooner then this one took. so yeah, sorry about the length :/
