Class ended without Eun Hye knowing, everything just seem to blur out. Although she was participating in the class work, her interest was elsewhere.
She began packing her school work neatly back into her backpack once the teacher dismissed them
"Hey Yeon Ji, do you want to hang around before we head home?" This was one of those rare occasions when Eun Hye ever suggests to stay behind after school. She usually head straight home, where she was cooped up in her room doing nothing. But today, she wanted to lighten up, and get away from the walls that suffocated her.
"Of course!" Yeon Ji reply without hesitation. A big smile was plaster across her face. She quickly shoved her stuff into her bag and linked her arms with Eun Hye's.
They walked out of the school, passing the students who stayed behind.
"Are you sure it's alright for you to stay after school though?" Yeon Ji asked worried.
"Do you not want me to stay?"
"No, no of course not!"
"Don't worry, I already informed my driver to pick me up later." Eun Hye assure, giving her a smile.
"Well then, shall we go to a cafe, my princess?" Yeon Ji reached out her hand, gesturing the girl to hold it.
"We shall indeed." Eun Hye said before taking her best friend's hand.
They both laughed at their silly act. Eun Hye was happy she could spend more time with Yeon Ji. If she could, she would of stay behind after school everyday. It taunted her to return back everyday to a house that was lacking with the aura of a happy family. There were times when Eun Hye felt every lonely in that empty house, and she wasn't fond of that feeling. But she was obligated to follow her parent's orders and be obedient.
Eun Hye suddenly felt uncomfortable as they step out of the school gates. She had become the center of attention as the pairs of eyes followed her. The students had erupted into loud whispers, confused as to why Eun Hye was walking out of school. She had only been seen being drive and this was a scene worth watching. She looked like one of those flawless models you see in magazines that were sporting a student look. She was beaming with perfection.
Eun Hye tried her best not to be affected by what they were saying and pretended she didn't hear anything. She was used to being talked about, but today it was a different topic.
"Hey don't mind them." Yeon Ji gave her a tight squeeze. Eun Hye nodded her head and smiled.
"Eun Hye-ah!" A voice called interrupted. She turned around to see Jimin waving at her.
"What are you doing here?" He asked as he jogged up to the girls.
"We're going out to a cafe." Eun Hye said proudly as the corners of her lips tucked up into a smile.
Jimin's eyes widen in surprise but he was glad Eun Hye was enjoying herself.
"Would you like to join us?" Eun Hye asked politely.
"Umm-" Jimin stop on his track as Yeon Ji gave him the if-you-agree-you're-so-dead stare. "It's alright, me and the guys were planning on hanging out at Jungkook's place. But thanks anyways!" He quickly waved and bid goodbye before Yeon Ji can smack him for wasting their time.

"Annyeonghaseyo, would you like a table for two?" The waitress by the front desk asked.
"Ne." Eun Hye answered cheerfully.
The older women lead the two girls towards a smaller table near the window. This was Eun Hye's favorite cafe in Seoul. It was one of the most well known and high classed. The cafe was decorated with bright pastel colours that brighten up her mood. She loved the tiny desserts that was filled with rich flavours.
