This takes place in a little bit of a made up setting. It's after Crooked Kingdom but Nina visits with the Crows every once in a while to check in. In Henrietta the gang is still in school but Ronan has remade Cabsewater and it's in the woods of the Barns. Also Adam is still connected to Cabeswater.
Also there is a lot of explicit language because Ronan.
