Riley:

I rushed down the stairs tryng to make my way past Bella through the door, my plan failed.

"Where are your glasses?" She asked, annoyance clean in her voice. I couldn't help but feel annoyance back, if I didn't wear my glasses it was my business.

"Upstairs," I answered still trying to get around her only to have her grab my backpack. I should have known better than trying to get away with not wearing my glasses, unlike me she has eyes like a hawk.

"Well go back up stairs and get them," she scolded me like our mother would have. I rolled my eyes as I shoved passed her back up the stairs "hurry up we don't wanna be late!" She called out as the front door shut, making her way to the truck. When I get my license I better get a car like her.

"Do you even know anything about this place?" I asked my voice slightly shaking. This seemed like a whole different world than back home, I didn't even want to get out of this truck.

Students, who have probably lived here their whole lives, walked by us stairing at us, the new girls. Was it to late to turn back?

"No but I'm sure it's a fine place, there's nothing to worry about," she told me but I didn't believe her, how could she be so sure?

"Do you think there'll be any cute guys?" I asked with a smile trying to lighten the mood. She smiled back at me as she finally opened the door to the truck.

"There's a possibly." She laughed slamming the door behind her which only left me with the option to follow her lead.

All these people watched us as we walked into the cafeteria. I pulled slightly away from Bella putting some distance between us. I felt her eyes on me but I ignored her glance as I set sights on an empty table towards one of the corners of the lunch room.

"You okay?" Bella whispered as she set down her bag on the table. My heart was beating out of my chest but other than that I was fine.

"Yeah, just a bit scared ya know?" I half lied as I took my glasses off, setting them in the table, making most of the people around me turn into a blur.

"Yeah, I get it. You hungry?" Bella asked rubbing my back, I shook my head. My stomach was to full of pain and worry to even think about food.

"I'll be right back sis."

Jasper: *Suprise POV!*

A new scent fill the room shoving it's way through my nose, sending a shiver down my body. This was a new feeling to me, I don't get cold, why would I shiver? I couldn't help but look towards the doors, that's when I saw her. I couldn't help but stair at her for a moment, her long brown locks hanging in curls past her shoulders, her baby blue eyes full of fear behind her glasses as she walked with another brunette with brown eyes, that had similiar features, towards an abandoned table. They looked just enough alike to tell they were sisters but still looked so difference.

I felt my unbeating heart come back to life, even if it was jut for a split second as I continued to watch her from afar. That's why Alice looked so upset earlier, why didn't she tell me? She knew this was coming but didn't speak a word of it to me.

I finally took notice to the burning in the back of my throat from her scent even with her at the other side of the cafeteria. I wanted to know what her blood tasted like, feel it running down my throat as I sucked her dry, I wanted it all... This may be harder than I thought.
