4: You Don't Know Shit About Me

Later that night...

8:01 p.m.

Omniscient

"Don't start tonight Skye. Don't give Erin a hard time tonight." Ace told his four year old daughter as she stood in the middle of her bedroom holding her stuffed animal with her lip poked out.

"Daddy.." Skye whimpered.

"Baby do what your nanny says and get in bed. I'll be back up to kiss you goodnight I promise. Be a big girl and get in bed. Can you do that? Can you be a big girl for daddy?"

Skye stared up at Ace for a few seconds before nodding yes and walking over to her bed as her live in nanny Erin put her into bed. "Can you read to her for a few minutes until I return? I'll be right back."

"Of course." Erin nodded and Ace thanked her before leaving the bedroom.

He had a staff that helped him keep his house in order. A staff that was loyal to him and knew what he did but also knew to stay in line and not tell anyone on the outside about it. They needed the money and as long as they got paid they could care less about about him running a contract killing business. Roselyn was one of the two maids that made sure the house stayed clean. The house was so big that he needed two maids. Roselyn made sure that upstairs was clean and Alicia made sure downstairs was clean. Erin on the other hand happened to be his daughter Skye's live in nanny. She made sure that Skye was bathed, her hair was combed, she got off to school, and that she was taken care of. Knowing that the maids had families to get home to Ace didn't make them stay no longer than 4 p.m. When it came to meals being prepared Erin would make them and make sure Skye and everyone else were fed. She'd been with the family for a year now and was Skye's first nanny.

Ace didn't trust people like that and it took him a minute to be comfortable with someone taking care of his child that wasn't him. Skye had been with him since she was 5 months old and we was protective of her. When Erin had first started working for him he'd had cameras around the house to keep an eye on her and how she treated his daughter. When he saw that he could trust her he'd taken them down. However the cameras on the outside were still up because it helped him identify people who showed up to his home.

He headed to Bianca's room to check on her and knocked before pushing the door open seeing her laid across the bed.
