𝐵𝒾𝒶𝓃𝒸𝒶 𝐻𝒶𝓌𝓉𝒽𝑜𝓇𝓃

I stared up at Jayceon's brother Ro before looking across the table at Erin as he stood over me.

Erin sipped her drink and looked off to the side as if whatever reason he'd approached me wasn't her business. Jayceon had taken it upon himself to have some kind of family gathering for his boys who'd invited their women, their cousins, and siblings if they had any. They didn't invite the older family members because they knew that they'd have to see them on thanksgiving. Besides this wasn't an event that was fit for the older generation especially with all of the smoking they were doing, the ratchet music, the loose women. Everything was too much of a hot mess to have an old head here watching it all. I wasn't used to an environment like this but I was oddly enjoying myself watching the other people around me laugh and act a fool.

Erin looked up at Ro and then back at me.

I was confused as to why he was standing over me staring at me the way he was.

"Umm...did I leave something where it wasn't supposed to be or..." I questioned him.

"Oh. My bad." He pulled a folded piece of paper from his back pocket. "Ace told me to give this to you beloved." He said. I looked at Erin once again and she snickered before looking all around. Getting to know her over the last two weeks she reminded me of me. A bit shy and very reserved. As I grabbed the paper from Ro his hand touched mine as he slowly pulled back. Giving me one more look he walked away.

I unfolded the paper and read what was written on it.
