They asked me to keep my eyes closed. They said I would feel a sensation of moving air on my face. I figured it was going to be someone or something blowing some warm air on me. I had this mental image of a guy in a lab coat and wearing glasses, with a straw between his lips, blowing for all he's worth. That made me smile. Then came what felt like waves rippling quickly against my cheeks. This is really intense. Sure, I'm familiar with what bullets are, but this is definitely not the kind of simulation I would've thought they'd choose for my first hearing test, but then what do I know. It's not like I've ever heard a sound before.
