July 3rd 1985 ~ Hawkins Community Pool

Billy was sat on his lifeguard chair with a long sleeved shirt that had him sweating profusely. Billy felt as if he was trapped in box as he screamed for someone to help him, the worst part of it all was that he could see everything that he was doing.

The events of last night had slowly started to break away at his soul as he realized he had put an entire family under the knife. His kept thinking of Rosie, trying to remember each detail of her face, before he lost himself. Their time at the beach replaying over and over like a broken record as the storm raged within his soul.

Mark's Warehouse

Mark and Mallory sat on the couch as they watched Seven used her powers to find the person that would help them take down the Russians. Mark had told the girls that there was another soldier that was controlled the same way they were. Their plan was for Seven to get her location and capture her. A simple rescue mission.

Seven had the picture in front of her with a blindfold over her eyes as the small TV held static. She had been sat like this for an hour, wiping the blood from her nose each time she hit a dead end, she let out a gasp however when she found her.

The girl was training under the watchful eye of a man she didn't recognize. She was a beautiful blonde with piercing blue eyes, and eyebrows that could kill.

As seven walked through the darkness of the void she reached her hand out and touched the side of the blonde's head with her forefinger causing the soldier's memories that were taken to be planted inside of her mind. She watched as the blonde stood tense as if she'd seen a ghost.

Seven pulled off her blindfold and turned to the two people before her.

"Let's go." She said and the others nodded, grabbing their gear and suiting up.

The kids had devised a plan to lure Billy into the sauna at the pool in hopes of releasing him of the mind flayer's clutches.

"Are you sure this is gonna work?" Max asked her friends with a haunting look on her face.

"It has to" Will said trying to convince himself and the red head that they were going to be fine.

Billy was in the showers with the water pouring down him. He was almost lost, but he clung to the memory of his girl. Them laughing at the beach, in the water declaring their love for each other, even as the monster was slowly squeezing his heart trying to get him to forget, he couldn't, he had to keep fighting.

He turned the water off and pushed his wet curls out of his face, grabbing his towel roughly as he exited the shower.

"Pool's closed!!" He shouted when he heard a loud noise.

The sound of metal on metal could be heard as Billy walked further into the showers, unknowingly getting closer to the sauna. He was trying to get out, trying to scream, to yell for help, for someone to free him of the monster that had its talons deep within his bones.

"Hey! Do you hear me?" The sound continued as the monster kept using the Californian boy's body. "I said pool's closed."

The young teens kept antagonizing the monster, finally leading him to the sauna.

"Hi." Eleven said to Billy's back fiercely. The boy turned around but didn't have any time to react as eleven slammed him into the wall of the sauna using her powers and closing the door. All the while Billy was whimpering in pain on the inside at the strain that his body was being put through.

July 3rd 1985 ~ Underground Russian Facility, Starcourt Mall

Seven felt fear and hot rage seep into her blood when they arrived at the facility the soldier was being kept, it was in Hawkins, her home.

She had already entered the building searching the rooms stealthily in hopes of finding the other blonde. The place was eerily quiet and she wondered if this was the right place, but her doubts were put at ease when a sharp scream cut through the air.

She followed where the scream came from and stopped at the corner when she saw two guards in front of a door. She simply walked forward catching their attention, and before they could properly protest she flicked her neck to the side causing theirs to snap instantly.

She unlocked the door with her mind and was met with the girl from before. She looked at her in fear as she didn't recognize her.

"Come on, we don't have much time." She said softly causing the girl to relax slightly. She stood up, following her out of the room.

She handed her a gun each to protect herself.

"I found her, meet me in the east wing." She said into her com, hearing 'roger that' from both Mallory and Mark.

"Who are you?" The blonde asked, her British accent thick and strong as she spoke.

"Seven, but you can call me Rose, now what's your name."

"I'm Margo."

"Well, Margo, let's kill some Russians." Seven said causing the girl to look at her and smirk at the thought of hurting the people that had done the same to her.
