Songs of the chapter: Billie eilish ~ I love you
Queen ~ killer queen
~
June 24th 1985 ~ Hopper's Cabin
Billy was currently lying in Rose's bed watching her draw. She was sketching away while Billy lied there, bored out of his mind, wanting to spend some time with his girlfriend on his day off. He got up and grabbed the book that she was sketching in causing the blonde to protest.
"Billy!" Seven shouted causing the boy to whine childishly.
"Please give me some attention before I die." Seven felt the corners of her lips quirk up slightly at how needy he sounded.
"You're such a baby." She said while she shook her head in amusement.
"I'm your baby." He said teasingly causing her to giggle. She laughed even harder when Billy started to sing along to killer queen, which had become her favorite song, hence why the curly haired boy sang it off key every chance he got.
"You're even worse than Hopper." Billy feigned an offensive look and smiled like a Cheshire cat when he practically jumped on the girl.
"Billy! No!!" She laughed and shouted at the same time when he tickled her sides.
He stopped his assault, only to attack her with light sloppy kisses over her face.
"Billy stop." Seven's laughter echoed through her room as Billy continued to pepper kisses all over her face.
Their bubble of happiness was broken when she heard a loud crash in the living room.
The two teens looked at each in worry and Seven put her hand under her pillow and revealed a loaded gun that Billy had yet to get used to.
She put her finger to her lips as a signal for Billy to remain silent. He nodded his head slowly and he followed Rose as she stealthily moved towards her room door. Seven could hear the person's breathing as they stopped right on the other side.
She motioned for Billy to move to the side and when he did she yanked the door open and put the barrel of the gun to the person's head.
She heard a hitch of breath from the intruder and when she looked up her entire body tensed in shock as she took in the sight of her partner.
"Mallory." Her voice cracked when she said the other girl's name and she lowered her gun. Her eyes started watering and so did the girl before her.
Billy watched the way the unknown girl looked at Rose, it was the same way he looked at her.
"Seven?" The girl's voice was weak as she spoke. Seven stood frozen for a second but she reached forward when the curly haired girl went unconscious, catching her before she landed on the floor.

Mallory now lied on Seven's bed with a drip now attached to her wrist, Hopper thought it was a good idea to keep a few key medical supplies in the cabin in case of emergency, and this was an emergency. The brunette was dehydrated, hence her falling unconscious.
Billy watched as Seven closed the door to her bedroom, and started to pace. He could tell she was frustrated, so he got up from his seat and wrapped his arms around her. Seven relaxed immediately and wrapped her arms around his waist.
He said nothing, he just stood there and comforted her the best way he could, even though he had tons of questions. Seven pulled away first, running a hand through her hair.
"I thought she was dead." She said more to herself.
"1983, San Diego, she got shot, she took a bullet for me!" She started to hyperventilate, as the memories started to play over and over in her mind.
Billy grabbed her hands that were shaking, and interlocked their fingers.
"Breathe. Just breathe." Seven felt her breathing start to slow as she allowed herself to he soothed by Billy.
"Talk to me." He pleaded wanting to know more.
She let out a shaky breath and explained her relationship with Mallory. She told him everything.
"She was there longer than I was, I mean, we trained together, we fought together, we- we killed together." Her voice faltered at the last part, feeling ashamed about her past.
Billy felt his heart clench at how broken she sounded, he couldn't imagine what it would be like, to be a passenger in your own body, but sadly he would soon find out.
"Despite us being in a place, where we were programmed to feel nothing, we fell in love." Billy couldn't deny that he felt jealous, the thought of someone else being with her, killed him.
Seven took notice to the way his hands tightened around her own slightly.
"Do you still love her?" He felt himself asking.
"I don't know, I mean, I thought she was dead, and what I feel for you is way more than what I felt for her." Seven answered truthfully. Billy felt foolish, he shouldn't have asked her that, but he wanted to know and he was glad that she answered him truthfully.
Before he could respond, seven heard Mallory waking up in her room. She detached herself from Billy and went to check on her.
~
"Seven." Mallory's had tears in her eyes as she stared at her partner, she was alive.
"Mallory I need answers." Seven said not cutting any corners. Mallory understood she was not going to wait, so she sat up as best as she could and started to talk.
"What do you want to know?"
"Everything." Mallory sighed and held her hand out for, knowing Seven could see every memory she possessed with one touch.
Seven sat at the foot of the bed and grabbed her hand, she was bombarded with the events that happened after the day she had thought the brunette had died.
The first memory was similar to their training days, where they got conditioned and the procedures happened. As she picked through she saw Mallory looking through a box, the box held files, their files. She watched as Mallory grabbed the box and escaped the clutches of the Russians.
That memory was eight months ago. She saw new memories, with Mallory attempting to find what she believed to be her family, and she did. They lived in California, it was just her father and little sister who was Seven's age, but Mallory didn't make her existence known to them. She simply allowed them to continue think she was dead.
That memory was two months ago. Seven saw that Mallory came to Hawkins to get Mark off of her trail, as he had been tracking her for quite sometime. She lost him three weeks ago, which was when she arrived in Hawkins, she had been hiding and trying her best to survive.
Seven pulled her hand from Mallory, and asked her with curiosity.
"Where are the files?"
Mallory looked at her bag that lied on the floor and pointed to it. Seven grabbed it and pulled out her file that had a photo of her on it with the words 'agent 007'. With shaky hands she opened I and was met with all of her information.
