She wasnt exactly sure when it happened. Or even when it started. All she knew for sure was that right here and now, she was falling hard and she could only pray that he was feeling the same way.

I woke up to something soft yet hard under me. I groaned as I turned around and opened my eyes slowly. They immediately landed on the handsome boy sleeping beside me. I didnt feel scared or tired. Its been a long time since I've had such an amazing sleep. I looked at his chest rising up and down slowly, his lips puckered as he slept. Looking innocent, cute and breathtakingly beautiful. The longer I looked at him the harder it hit me. I was falling for Aiden and I was falling hard. He made me smile. He took care of me, stayed with me when I needed someone the most. He was understanding and I liked that about him. Yes he was cold hearted and liked hurting people but that I believed is just a show to keep everyone at arms length. Once you get to know him. He is an amazing person. Just like a coconut hard on the outside and soft in the middle. I carefully brought my hand forward and brushed his hair from his face. That's another thing that I couldn't believe. I could touch him without hyperventilating. I could sleep next to him without any nightmares. I could be a teen again. I could feel myself become somewhat normal again. I lifted of the blanket and trying to keep quiet padded my way to the washroom.

After showering and cleaning up I made my way downstairs into the kitchen and saw Aiden making breakfast. More like burning breakfast. "You cook?" I asked him moving closer and peering down at the pan. "If you call burned eggs cooking. Then yes, I'm a chef" he grumbled down in annoyance, Making me snicker. "Let me help you" I threw the eggs in the nearby bin and washed the pan getting rid of the burn smell. I then cracked two eggs in a bowl. Brought out potato, onion, oil from the pantry along with little salt pepper, lemon and herbs. "What are you making?" Aiden peered over my shoulder tapping his foot impatiently. "Spanish omelette" I replied and he just rubbed his stomach "cant wait" and went to sit on the other side with some cherry tomatoes in his hand. "Why only 2 eggs?" He asked again and I turned to look at him. "Because you are one person" I trailed of confused turning back around and within no time his torso was pressed against my back. He picked up 2 more eggs from the side and cracked them in the bowl. He then tucked my hair away so he could bend down slightly and kiss at the nape of ny neck, whispering in my ear "No, there are 2 people here. You and I" and just like that he was gone. His warmth no longer engulfed me and I released a breath I didnt know I was holding. Without looking back I carried on working my face as bright as a tomato.

After a very awkward breakfast we both made our way to school. The drive to the school was intense but quiet. Neither of us really spoke. As we made our way into the class Ace and Mike both looked up towards me and their faces turned serious for a split second before they tried to cover it up with a smile. "Hey, how are you doing Ella?" Ace spoke as I put my bag down and pulled my chair out. "I'm fine guys, you dont have to walk on eggshells around me." I rolled my eyes at them just as the teacher walked into the class.

"About that trip, we were talking about, few days back, lets go to some place warm." Mike perked up as he popped a fried chicken nugget in his mouth. We were currently seated in the canteen. Ace beside me and Aiden and Mike both infront of me. They were all trying to cheer me up. And just as Ace mentioned exams Mike brought up the topic of vacation and so now they were busy planning that. Assuming I was going, when I never agreed to it. "I just got a job yesterday guys, I cant leave in the first month of the job" that got the attention of Aiden. "You have a job?" Ace asked as Aiden raised his eyebrow at me questioningly "yes, for a maid and nanny, some rich women wants me to take care of her daughter while she leaves for business trip out of town or country but my job also requires me to take care of her house, clean and stuff" I waved my hand around like its not a big deal. "What about school?" Mike perked up "I will work after school, my total working hours for a week are 34 hours. 5 hours on weekdays and 9 hours on Saturday. Sunday is off unless it's an emergency" I looked around nervously at the table waiting for a reaction from all 3 of them. "When you said job yesterday, I thought it was some other job. Like what you do from home" "you knew?" Aiden and Ace both spoke together as they looked at Mike and he looked away sheepishly. "I'm sorry I didnt tell you" he shrugged "ohh that reminds me" I rummaged through my back and took his phone out. "Thank you for this, they gave me a work phone so I wont need it anymore" He took it from me and popped it back into his pocket. "Guys" I started talking noticing that I had ruined everyone's mood. "I cant live with Aiden forever and besides" I gulped knowing what I was going to say next will further ruin mood, but it had to said so I just lowered my voice a little as I spoke again "my dad only recently started working part time so he doesnt have enough money, I need to send some to him aswell, and for that I need like 2 jobs or something so I can earn enough and be out of Aiden's life for good." I finished with a sigh. And Aiden stood up immediately giving me a murderous look. If looks could kill, I would be buried deep inside this cafeteria right now. He just walked out of the cafe without looking back. I excused myself "I should probably go talk to him" I said to both "he's probably going home" Ace replied and gestured me to go after him. I ran towards the parking lot and saw Aiden getting into his car. Without thinking I ran infront of his car putting both my hands on his bonet. He immediately pressed break thankfully not running me over and his expression changed from surprised to shock to angry in a split second as he took his seatbelt off and got out. "What the hell is wrong with you" he marched towards me and held me by my shoulder "Are you crazy? If I wouldn't have pressed that break you would have been under my car Bella" he shouted grabbing the attention of everyone around. "But you didn't, so chill out" I grabbed his arm and tried dragging him to a corner. Keyword being tried. He didnt even budge and just looked at me exasperately. "Come on I need to talk to you" I pulled him with as much force as I could to no avail. He finally took a step forward making my grip loosen and I felt myself falling back, eyes closed waiting for the impact but it never came. I slowly opened my eyes to see Aiden holding me up. As soon as I glanced in his eyes the way he looked at me the intensity and the power he held. I couldn't look away, I was captivated by his eyes. We both stayed like that for I dont know how long, the world around us slowly fading as he we got lost deeper and deeper in each other's eyes. Aiden slowly pulled me up and moved his hand slowly to brush some hair out of the way. It seemed as if I was in a romantic novel I couldnt look away as he pulled me even closer to himself slowly tilting his face down towards my lips and I just closed my eyes waiting for it to finally happen.
