I ran out of the bathroom, hoping no one saw me. My face was all red and hands were shaking. Unfortunately there was Cole, who I accidentally bumped into.
- Lloyd?
- Y-yeah?
- Where have you been? We've been searching for you.
- Um... i..
Suddenly Kai went out of the bathroom and that's when Cole thought he knew...
- You bastard! - He shouted. - Do you think it's okay just torturing Lloyd?! Especially on his first day of school! He's innocent. For real, you don't have to be mean to everyone who passes by! He's never done anything to you so let it go, Kai!
What?! No! Kai didn't do anything... But the thing is, honestly i wanted to know what happened with his hands when i saw him in that very bathroom for the first time. They were on fire!
Kai looked at Cole standing there with me, and left the school, despite that the lessons weren't finished, saying nothing. I felt... weirdly hurt by his ignorance.
- Are you okay? - Asked the Earth ninja.
- Mhm.
- Sure?
- Yeah, thank you.
Afterwards we headed to classes.
