Merida's POV
I took aim at one of the lights, but something bumped into me causing me to let the string go and miss my target. The elves that were close to where my arrow landed scurried away in fright. I scowled and looked down to see Punzie, she was glaring at Flynn.
"Punzie, why'd ya bump into me?" I asked, my Scottish accent coming through.
"I was painting one of Bunny's left over eggs and Eugene pushed me into you." she responded.
"Flynn?" I asked, a threat hidden in my tone. "Why did you push Punzie into me?" I watched as he gulped nervously.
"I was bored." he finally answered.
"Wrong answer." I growled at him. My eyes blazing with anger, I had the perfect shot and he ruined it.
"Help!" he shouted as I began to chase him around.
"Get back here Flynn!" I screamed.
"Elsa! Merida's going to kill me!" he shouted in fright. I reached out to catch him but someone froze my feet to the ground.
"Elsa!" I whined.
"Sorry Mer, but you can't kill a fellow team member." she apologized.
"I wasn't going to kill him! Just beat him up." I defended myself.
"And where would that lead?" Punzie asked raising an eyebrow.
I sighed. "To me killin' him."
"Ah come on Snowflake. Let Curly have a go at Flynn." Jack tried to persuade her.
"Curly!" I boomed. The lad was so lucky that I was frozen to the ground or else he would be getting it right about now.
"Jack..." Elsa trailed off.
"At least unfreeze her." Jack stated.
Flynn slowly inched away, while Punzie was trying to decide on what color to paint the egg. Hiccup walked in with Toothless not far behind him, but stopped when he saw the scene.
"I'm going to go." and with that said Hiccup walked out the door...again.
I scowled, and Elsa finally unfroze my feet. "I'm going for a walk."
I don't know why but I felt a sudden rush of hatred to my team. Shocked by my own feelings I knew I had to get out of here; I needed to leave before I do something I regret.
"Merida wait-" but I didn't waste anymore time and walked out the door. The whole time I was having an internal battle with myself.
Rapunzel's POV
I really hope Merida doesn't do something stupid. The girl can be stubborn but she usually doesn't get this worked up about one of Eugene's tricks.
Elsa sighed. "She didn't let me finish."
"What's gotten in to her anyway? She usually isn't that mad." Eugene said as he walked back into the room.
"I feel it in my belly!" a familiar voice boomed.
"Looks like the others are here." Hiccup said as he reentered the room, his metal foot making a clanking sound.
Elsa was making snowflakes without knowing it, probably from worrying about Merida. Toothless was eating the snowflakes happily, Hiccup was talking to Flynn about what happened earlier, Jack was floating around the room and Tooth, Bunny, Sandy and North walked into the room.
"Where's Merida?" North asked us.
"Went for a walk, she was acting a little strange though." Jack answered with a shrug.
"We can't wait for the Sheila forever mate." Bunny said in his Australian accent.
"Look! Black sand!" I shout and point to the globe which had black sand coming out of it. I backed away from the globe.
"Not again." Jack groaned. A figure started to be vested out of the black sand.
"Pitch." North said angrily.
"Well, look who we have here. The Guardians of Fun, Hope, Wonder, Freedom, Mischief, Memories, Change, Love and Dreams. But where is the Guardian of Courage?" Pitch laughed darkly.
"What do you want Pitch?" Jack growled at him.
"A simple warning. I will be coming back, and I will be stronger than ever." Pitch looked at all of us before disappearing into the sand and vanishing.
