Everyone, especially Shelly, began to bother Vinny with taking Jack in.

After some time, they somehow succeeded to bring Vinny to take him in and after he unwillingly agreed, everyone went back to their home.

You were walking with Vinny back to his house, while you were carrying Jack in your arms.

On your way there, you said, "I'll go and buy some cat food. You should carry him to your house."

So you handed Jack to Vinny and went off to a store that sold the things you wanted to buy.

When you arrived at Vinny's house, Vinny was already asleep, so you gave Jack some food and then you also call it quits.

- Next day -

A loud, "Ugh!", was heard throughout the room and afterwards a, "Man!!! That damn bastard!!!... Hey. Go see your stupid owner."

Lifting your upper body up, you opened your eyes to see Vinny sitting on his futon, glaring at Jack.

His nose was a little red from Jack scratching it.

"Are you okay?", you asked and went over to him, "Come, I'll apply medicine to it."

You went to the kitchen, brought out your small box, where bandages, plaster and medicine were stored and went back to him with it.

When you found the right tube, you fished it out.

"Stand still." you said, and began to apply it on his nose.

While you did this, you suddenly realized how close you were to him and as if it wasn't enough, you saw that Vinny was staring at you, like nonstop.

"Why are you staring at me?"

"No reason."

When you finished, you said to him, "By the way... I noticed that you don't interact with girls very much, even though they all... I mean you're really handsome, you know..."

You spoke quieter with every sentence that came out if your mouth and looked away but Vinny could hear you clearly, since he was right in front of you.

"But...", you continued, "It's not your looks that I like. Yeah, you're really handsome but it's your character that I like. You're really cool and I like you just how you are... That's what I love about you."

It was quite, and it took you a second, for you to realize what you had just said.

Now your mind was a total mess.

You jumped up and said, "Look at the time! We're going to be late! I'll go change now."

You dashed to the bathroom and brushed your teeth, then you washed your face, that was glowing hot.

Standing in front of the mirror for a while, you looked at yourself.

Your face was a blushing mess, so you splashed cold water onto it, hoping that it would cool down and that you would stop blushing.

"What has gotten into me? Did I just...... confess to him? No I just said what I love about him. That wasn't a love confession... I mean, I didn't say that I love him directly."

You shook your head, still not wanting to believe what you had just done.

Then you took deep breaths and rushed out of the bathroom, after you changed your clothes.

While grabbing your bagpack, you ran toward the exit and shouted, "I'm going now! You should make your way to school soon too, or else you'll be late!"

With this, you disappeared from Vinny's sight before he could say anything.

You let out a long sight.

"How will I be able to face him now? Ugh, stupid (Y/N)! Why did you do this?!" you quietly scolded yourself.

"Why did you do what?" a curious voice appeared next to you, wich made you jump a little.

Seon-Hua began to laugh at your reaction, but quickly asked you again, "So? What happend?"

"Should I tell her? She doesn't even know that I am friends with Vinny..."

"Hey Seon-Hua. What do you think of Vinny?'

"Vinny? Hm... At first I thought that he was really scary, but now I think he's actually okay."

"Okay? Just okay?"

"Well he's handsome, but I don't like him nor do I hate him. He's just a classmate. But, why are you asking me this? Wait... don't tell me..."

Her eyes began to gleam, as she looked at you.

"Do you have a crush on him?!"

"Why is she so quick witted?"

You just nodded.

"How did it come to this?" she asked, a curios and excited gleaming in her eyes.

The school bell began to ring, so you went inside the building and said to Seon-Hua, "I'll answer you on lunch break."
