"You look beautiful."

Those were the words of Vinny when you asked him how you looked. You were standing in your living room with the dress you had bought.
A wine-red neckholder was hugging your figure perfectly as it went down to your ankles. The smooth silk made it comfortable to wear.
Fitting with it, red high heels were on your feet. Your hair had been formed into a bun which was visible on the top of your head. It was fasten with a huge hair clip, in order for the bun to steadily stay at its supposed place.
The hair clip showed a red rose.

When you glanced over to Vinny, you smiled at his handsomeness that got boosted by his styled hair and the suit.
His cherry-coloured hair was combed back and gelled.
He wore a suit with the same wine-red colour as your dress and therefore your looks perfectly fitted with one another.

You let out a small chuckle and said, "Thank you. And as for you, you look even more handsome."
"Then, shall we go?" Vinny held out a hand which you accepted and you both stepped out of the house where Seon-Hua and her father awaited you both in their car.

Seon-Hua wore a dark-blue dress, which had the same colour as the night sky that reached her feet.

Ever since Seon-Hua had seen you through the car window, her eyes had been following you from the moment you stepped outside, until you took a seat inside the car.

"You two look sooo good together in these outfits." your best friend stated as she alternately looked from Vinny to you and back. "Right back at you." you said.

On the way to the building where the party was going to be held, you fished out your phone from your handbag you carried with you.

After taping on the camera app, you held up your phone, so that Vinny and you were shown on the display. "Vinny, look this way." Vinny who had been looking out of the window, now turned his head toward you. The moment his face was completely visible on the display of your phone, you took a picture.
In the picture, you were shown smiling but Vinny, on the other hand, did not smile at all. He had a regular and ordinary expression on his face but at least he looked into the camera. Well, you did caught him on surprise so it was to be expected.

"We arrived."
A huge hall laid before your eyes. "... Is it really okay that we're here?" you asked as you saw that everything, from the hall to the decoration, was a little too extravagant. "But of course!", Seon-Hua insisted, "After all, you two are my companions." Yeah, this friend of Seon-Hua seemed to be pretty well-off. You let out a short sigh and thought, "Why did I agree to go with her to this party?"

All three of you went inside the hall and upon entering it, you saw that it was already filled with a lot of people. You didn't look excited at all, in fact, the moment you saw everything, meaning the hall and the decoration up to the crowd of people, you wanted to walk away, back home.

But the fact that you would have to leave Seon-Hua alone when you would just walked away, made you stay. So after letting out a sigh, you just grabbed Vinny's hand and said to your best friend that Vinny and you were just going to stay in the corner near the entrance. Since Seon-Hua went to her friend, she didn't mind you doing so. But before you were doing that, Seon-Hua convinced you to take photos of you all. And so you took some photos with your boyfriend and your best friend.

Then Seon-Hua wanted to take some of only Vinny and you, so she grabbed your phone and took a few steps back. It took a while for her to finish taking pictures of you and when she finally did, she returned your phone.
Then she dashed off after asking if it was really all right for her to leave you two alone. You had just said your okay.

Luckily for you, there were some tables and chairs located in the corners so you could make yourself comfortable while waiting for the time to pass by.

It was pretty loud because music was played throughout this huge hall and every person talked with pretty much each other that were near them. In contrast to them, Vinny and you just quietly sat there in the dark corner.
